I watched this segment the day of and at the point that Gideo Yago was being interviewed I found myself needing to turn off the t.v., I was appalled by his comment of his interaction with Michael as being a bizarre experience and he was thinking he was on something for it truly didn't seem like the best time for him to be voicing his personal viewpoints unless they were to be of utmost respect. COME ON NOW.. Respect for the deceased should be utmost.

Because when a person dies you reflect on their life as a whole and not just recent events. When people remember Michael Jackson as an artist and performer you can't deny that he was the biggest and best act of most of our lifetimes.

the police at the time said the boy's description wasn't correct, so they couldn't use it against him. media made a big deal out of kid giving description, telling story repeatedly, then barely mentioned that it didn't match. we have way too much speculation on the news. they should report more facts, less "dirty "laundry".

Sorry but that NEVER happened. It was the other way around. Nothing about what this kid said about Michael's genitals was accurate. Hence no formal charges were brought because the kid's story (that his father made him say) was found to be not credible.

The sheriff in the county where the child molestation charges were filed hated Jackson and was out to do anything he could to humiliate him.  Rupert Murdoch and his media was also determined to demonize Jackson. Good to hear today that he and his papers are being investigated in Britain for illegal wiretapping which allowed them to get the scoop before other medias.

Just read today that the mother can gain custody if she wants to, although since the kids aren't from the same mother I hope they are kept together. As for the money, those kids are Jacksons, they will never go without, even if Michael is in debt, the others aren't (esp. Janet).
