If you are having trouble opening command prompt with notepad try using Microsoft Word. Once your in Microsoft Word click on insert object, click on create from file, replace the words in there with command.com and your in! Remember to double click on the object that will show up on your screen. If you don't double click really fast it wont open. This way will work for people that cannot right click as well. Once your in command prompt type control mouse if you want to get right clicking back!

@yellowbenda It's a batch file, you make it in notepad and save it as anythinghere.bat, after that, right-click it, send to a zip folder and unzip it, the batch file should be there, double-click it and it will load. The command is 'Start command.com' without the quotes, it's the upgraded command prompt which allows you to type in anything without any of the commands being blocked. Hope this helps
