  • wow the only egg where you only need one O.O

  • Got a buddy of mine that has a few female emus. They don't lay until November. I can't wait. He says I can take as many as I want.

  • Lol, what i would have done with the egg shell is crack a bunch of smaller eggs into it and cook it that way to either c how many small eggs can fill the shell or just use the shell as a egg soup cup xD

  • yes....because you can't saw your finger off or anything...

  • Why did you use a saw? Why not crack it?

  • @mexicano7771000 . We thought that if we cracked the egg it mught break the yolk and we really wanted to see how big the yolk was. Secondly we thought we might want to keep the shell and paint a design on it. That never happened..lol

  • where do you buy these?

  • Why would you saw it? Drill a hole in it and blow it out.

  • @gvenema i realize what you were TRYING to do but you were so boring that i couldn't put any real effort into it. i hadn't even bothered to check for 2 days. ahh the real days of "fur is murder" troll are over, i guess its back to bagging out the whining Benoit fan-boy crybabies, i mean if any one deserved to die like that it was a jobber like him!

  • @gvenema Just when it seems you can't be any more of a dumb-ass you outdo yourself, Honestly i feel bad, i feel like i'm kicking a one legged dog that didn't learn the first 3 times that chasing cars is counter-productive.

Ok an emu needs all 52 days to pip and yet no embryo has formed. Not even the first white spot , nothing there but yoke, this is an emu's egg, not an Emu... eating Eggs is not murder... ffs look "murder" up if you don't believe me...and egg. i think you need help there too.

  • @gvenema We were speaking about the egg's, which are not birds. Eggs are a By-product unless they are fertilized.... You don't understand much do you? And i mean this broadly now because if an Egg is too complex for you to understand then Wow life must be hard for you. But don't you worry champ! You just keep on head butting the wall of ignorance...Its fun for the rest of us.

  • woww lol

  • @gvenema Ok then you should also say that every human woman who does NOT conceive a child and goes through a menstrual cycle is actually Murdering children? Are you on smack?

  • @gvenema wow you cant be serious? If you are then dam you are stupid, I mean if Ignorance is bliss then you'd have to be pretty freaking happy huh?

  • I am very curious about the taste of this egg. Does it have an odd taste? I live in Philly and the Whole Foods sells them for 19.99 a piece.

  • that's a kickass fucking breakfast!

i want to try emu eggs!

  • Just want you to know your video solved a Christmas mystery here in Southern MO- husband & bro found an emu egg in woods, couldn't identify it til we saw your video. Why it was there is another mystery...

  • holy f***shit that is a huge breakfast for like three people

  • Lol 0:30 Awesome way to open the egg

  • it looks really yummy, the yolk is much thicker and creamier than a chicken egg, so I believe this is really yummy:)

  • Rinse that egg thoroughly before you let that little one have it, because if hen eggs cause simonella, IMAGINE what this one can cause, lol

  • finally Americans who eats exotic food. You guys are my heroes.

  • @1Nanalo where are you from? just curious We are the adventurous type by nature. wenddix@aol.com

  • @21NeiNei Somewere in Asia

  • If you put a hole in either end and pierce the yolk, you can blow out the middle with a straw. That way you can keep the whole shell :)

  • How doe it taste?

  • that is barbaric

  • moron its not even fertilized so i guess you think eating unfertilized fish and lizard and chicken eggs is barbaric.....shows how much you know.....like I said "Your a moron"

  • i'm salivating

  • Wheres the biscuts!? :D I have still yet to get me one or two or however many! Ive seen them on a exotic market site or @ 'Whole Foods Market' on their site. I may get my sister n law to send me them since she lives close to one ;)

  • i'll take mine over easy please....

  • I read on a blog that it smelt horrible when this one person made scrambled eggs with an Emu egg... Like Cheesy BO... Did it taste horrible?

  • It really didn't smell any different than a regular egg.

  • @rezn66 Emu Eggs taste like normal chicken eggs

  • good vid breakfast wit the familiy

  • What a great learning experience for your child! And that breakfast looked GOOD! :)

  • I agree. My daughter still talks about how fun it was to try something new.

  • aww, that's cute a family breakfast. I wonder what it would be like sunny side up. I can't even imagine.

  • are you honestly that retarded Monkeyofnight?

  • COOL!

  • That was cool. I am glad you kept the egg. I have never had one but want to now...and I live in Oz. I have no idea where to buy one. Out of interest can you message me about how much they cost overseas?

  • I paid about $10 here. I have no idea what hey would cost where you live. Good luck finding one...

  • Thanks. If I ever find out how much they cost over here I will let you know.

  • Jesus that is huge!!

  • over easy please ^.^

  • I agree, id like mine sunny side up w/ pepper. Jeese! that looks like it makes a meal of that of 4 to 6 chicken eggs! :D Does it taste the same?

  • lighter and less dense

  • actually, an emu egg is about 10-15 chicken eggs

  • and me

  • I saw one at Whole Foods today...

  • OMG i'd eat one (or 2) everyday for breakfast. how does the taste differ from everyday normal eggs? and where do i get one?!

  • It was very close to a normal egg, just quite a bit fluffier... and maybe a little "wilder" ?

I got it at a store that was a bit like a farmer's market.

  • Isn't that illegal?

  • no, but people who are incredibly stupid should be.

  • like you.

  • Beautiful eggshell, yes, but probably a yummy breakfast. How was it?

  • I think we added a little too much milk, it was very fluffy to start with and didn't really need any. All I can say is it had a wierd taste and after spending $10 on the egg, it wasn't really worth it. It was way too much food for the three of us!!

  • I agree :'(

  • shut up hippie

  • lornezzz, quit being such a hippie

  • WTF, Lornerzzz? It's an unfertilised egg, it's not like they're killing the thing and eating it. More like eating its menstruation.

...okay, I think I just turned vegan.
