what does this program do exactly? lets say if i wanna install a windows software on ubuntu, do i still use wine or can i just use this program? is it like a dual boot?
Yea i have the software, I was trying to use my exisitng windows partition. I found an article by virtualbox how to migrate exisiting windows partition, I though maybe you did it that way. I'm trying to figure out how to migrate my already exisitng windows partition so I dont have to redo everything. thanks though
@circadiesproject No u can't do that.... just dual boot if u want... The Ubuntu Bootloader (Grub) should take take care of everything.... and u can choose Ubuntu or windows partition at the begging... U can also view your NTFS (windows) partition from Ubuntu if u dual boot... but u can't view the Ubuntu partition from windows tho... I think some software let u...
@circadiesproject It creates a .Vdi image file... inside your home folder>virtualbox folder This .vdi file holds your virtual windows partition made from virtualbox..... I used fixed size partition.. like u can erase this file when u want....
Download this software from the link i put in the description...
