I would really recommend Natlia Rose's book The RAW FOOD DETOX DIET . you may just need to start transitioning to raw instead of jumping in 100% - you may h ave sent your body into "backup" detox.. where you just start to release so much gunk and when you can't get rid of eat fast enough you start to like autointoxicate yourself all over again..and you feel awful.. that's why she recommends different Levels.. so that your body keeps up with the speed of it and it's still good for you

I'm just wondering.. do you listen to raw food podcasts? I know for me they really help keep me on track and I also like to look at before and after pictures to help me stay inspired!
