  • ®© cola

    Bleh

  • I can rember this one

  • this reminds me of AMC back in the day when they put this tv special, beach movies,60s movies, ziggy stardust the movie, all cool music films and specials.

  • the mad mad cola

  • I don't see why some think this is a weird ad. Mad' back in the day refered to being hip, groovy. Nothing to do with the 'insane' meaning of mad. It's a Mad...Mad World did refer to being a little on the crazy side, if you have ever seen it. Nancy has a hell of a lot more talent than some of the stuff that comes out nowadays. Digital corrected, 'perfect' processed pitch shifted sound. Miss Nancy didn't need all that crap to sound good. Listen to her other songs rather than just this ad.

  • RC, Coke, I don't care, whatever Nancy wants me to drink, I'll drink. She is soooooooooo hot!

  • She was hot and RC always tasted good to me not as sweet as Pepsi and not quite as carbonated as Coke.

  • love my Nancy.

  • bonkers

  • This commercial's slogan, "the mad - mad - mad - mad cola!" copies the title of the big-budget comedy film "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" which had been released several years before this ad appeared on the "Movin' With Nancy!" TV special.

  • I loved this commercial - NANCY was so cute (and very nice in person) and relatively unaffected by show-biz meaning that she's pretty down to earth. Here she looks sexy and maybe a little too excited about a glass of cola, but it's fun to look back. I think she had a nice, pleasant singing voice and did some good pop records. Sure, her dad was famous but LOTS of performers today are second-generation stars as well.

  • I love Nancy, but this old ad is weird. It looks like she's in an insane asylum, and even the looks she gives the camera are kinda' creepy!

  • @TonyMaximMuscles

I think it was made in purpose. "It's a mad, mad, mad, mad cola. RC - the one with the mad, mad taste"

  • @Starday You know I never thought of that! It's true that the term "mad" used to be used allot to refer to mentally disturbed people, so that make sense. I still think it's a creepy ad though...

  • SABROSAAAA!!!!

  • ah the talentless NS, she should kiss the ground she walks on for being the offspring of an american icon

  • I love ripoff cola or what some call Royal cola

  • Oh La lá!, Je t´aime Nancy. Your voice, your face. You make me crazy.

  • it kind of looks like a scene from lady gagas bad romance video, the white room

  • While not classically beautiful her style, hair & makeup and charisma made her sexy.

  • Nancy Sinatra was one of the hottest women on the planet back in the mid-'60s, but all she really had going for her were sex appeal and the Sinatra name. An average singer at best, but extraordinary looks, to be sure.

  • She looks like a FEMBOT!Lol

  • @TheZepmeister Mike Myers emulated Nancy Sinatra with the Fembots.

  • Whutdafuk

  • Is showing RC Cola in a brandy snifter a postive image for the under 21 crowd? LOL

  • Phil Leotardo banged her at his Big Boss Ceremony..

  • I like RC Cola better than Coca Cola.

  • RC is still available in several supermarkets, including at least two where I live...so it's not "gone for good", yet....

  • RC is one of my favorite sodas

  • @Theweatisheat69 I heard that Dr Pepper and RC were on the market before Coca-Cola was!

  • Loved her makeup. Her voice was stronger then. Never a great singer but she had style.

  • RC is the best pop ever and its cheap!

  • she is beutifull.

  • @dlsofsetx STFU

  • @DorisDayFanatic What does STFU mean?

  • @dlsofsetx Why don't you google it?

  • @dlsofsetx Shut the fuck up

  • @dark3ownz Go suck sweat off a dead man's balls

  • @dlsofsetx loll.. dumb =D i said STFU = Shut the fuck up

  • this commercial destroyed RC.. lol.

  • Does Coke know she cheated on them!

  • Nancy is the greatest! This commercial is the grooviest & cutest!

  • She was Pretty Cute back in 1960's

  • Gang bang, he shot me down :D

  • When you earned a Royal crown cola in Rogers park with the guys-it tasted great!

  • Groovier than Groovy ! :D

  • Most majorsupermarket chains in the US don't carry RC cola because Coke and Pepsi paid bribes to the chain headquarters to buy out the shelf space that RC had....

  • How do you know so much about the soda business ?

  • It is common knowlege what Coke and Pepsi did to destroy RC Cola....Sometime ago, 60 minutes on CBS did a 30 minute story about it.

  • @happymundo - Common knowledge? Not in my part of the world. Can you elaborate on this my friend? Any weblinks? I've never tried RC Cola (though I have seen it around)...

  • @TheColonelsKitchen RC was a major cola brand in the 60s ...now its in limited supply at some Walmarts and few chain stores.

60 minutes (in the late 70s) did a program on how Coke and Pepsi got together and got RC cola removed from many of the suparmarket chains by bribing the buyers in major supermarket chains to remove RC from their planograms. This was common knowledge if you were in the cola sales business back then.

  • DET832: IS IS!! She is still alive!!!! : ]

  • haha! I love this commercial!

  • She was hot !!

  • She may be the most beautiful girl I have ever seen!

  • 1:19

Wow! She was hot back when

  • I think so :)

I am mad about this commerical, it's so cute!!

  • is'nt RC cola considered a generic cola now cause I always see at the generic isle

  • RC Cola, now owned by the Dr. Pepper/7up corporation. The one true outlier.

  • this is epic

  • THANKS for posting this. A true classic! am looking for another version of this ad, it starts out showing a carousel in the desert from far away. It then zooms in to hear Nancy singing the same RC song. Do you have that one to post?? I haven't see these in years, thanks!!

  • Her eye makeup was to die for. Whilenot a classic beauty she sure had style which more than made up for not being the best singer on the planet. Just shows style and charisma go a long way.

  • The special originally aired on December 11, 1967 (right after "THE MONKEES" on NBC), under Royal Crown Cola's sponsorship. Nancy was supposed to the "new image" of RC Cola at the time, which is why she appeared in their commercials during the show [and seen for several months afterward wherever RC was advertised] .

  • Nancy sure was looking good!

  • U can't get any more hot than this

  • I had an RC in Kentucky on the way to Tampa.

  • AMC showed that "Movin' With Nancy" show a few years back. Made in 1967 I believe. Think you can still buy it. Great show chocked full of songs including with her dad. Nancy Sinatra was pretty cool! Played great parts in Elvis movies too. She actually was a very good singer. Alot better than you hear today, that's for sure!

  • I agree, "Movin' withh Nancy" is a great show. I saw in on AMC back in 2000 and really liked it.

  • woah awesome! this was from her moving with... special. too bad the album didnt bring this jingle between tracks. :/

  • they still make RC cola don't they? They should show this commercial again....make it nostalgic and would definitley up RC cola sales....makes me want to buy some right now :) Great video and thank you for uploading.

  • yeah, i'm going to get an RC right now after watching this! :)

  • Ahh...Nancy! I remwmber this comercial. If she couldn't get you to drink RC you never would.

  • Fun jingle by the ultimate groovy chick.

  • IN PANAMA DRINK ROYAL CROWN COLA

  • very very very cool¡¡¡, I love Nancy Sinatra, thanks for this video
