yes its a true game but like you said it wont be subbed unless it becomes popular and it wont be sold like a normal game because its a BL game.

D.Gray-man has many pairings and suggestions of yaoi in it but its not an actual yaoi anime so i am guessing some person/company wanted to see/make a BL game so it was created.

sadly i have not played it and i don't know where to download the 1st or 2nd game but i am slowly working on finding it and if i find anything i will try to inform you
