People in general are very timid, they don't talk to strangers because they don't want to be a "bother" to anyone. @softan I'd suggest you avoid Florida, then. I know it might seem obvious not to move to the USA, but especially Florida, as you mentioned "somewhere really warm". The people are generally assholes and superficial. While it IS always warm, it's horribly humid and sweaty. The girls are attractive & there's always something going on such as an art show, a boat/yacht show & various other attractions. It IS a tourist economy. The problem is, you have to deal with the tourists all year round.
@narutowned avoid Florida? Florida is awesome! Have been in Orlando and outside Miami and thought it was really beautiful cities and nature. Americans are really social aswell, me as a Swede if I woulld choose where to live except Sweden I would choose Florida, New York or California.

You have to deal with poor drivers, tourists, and various other problems. It is beautiful, but it comes at the price of being crowded all the time.

I live in Norway, but I've also lived in Sweden, Belgium, USA and Canada. And as for what's the BEST place to live, I'd say Norway and Sweden. Belgium and Canada was really good as well, but I wouldn't go back to USA ever. Not even for a vacation.

My experience with Sweden has been AWESOME, STUNNING and AMAZING as a place to spent your holidays. But try living in Sweden as a foreigner. Good luck with that. Most people are so ignorant there, it made my life a hell. I am not accsing all Sweden, calm down, a lot of you guys are actually so nice that I can feel lucky again. But seriously, why?

I met people that laughed at me because of my bad Swedish (which is fluent today btw... But what can you expect after two weeks in Sweden?), laughed at my accent when I was speaking English (which I also got rid of) and they always said things about me I didn't understand. Heck, they even bullied me. I don't go after first impressions anymore, I feel better now.

Where I lived before I came to Sweden, we had so many foreigners that tried to rule our country as well, the situation was worse than in Sweden. But I am not one of these foreigners, I accept your traditions, I even like most of them. And well, I was not thankful for getting bullied during my first year in Sweden because I was a foreigner... But I have met so many nice people now, I'm not angry anymore. :)

One child per family is demographic suicide for any European country. Two children per family is demographic stagnation. Three children per family leads to stability and progress. Swedish women better decide what they want, ie. dont blame everything on the Muslims, who are, no doubt, overjoyed to fill the empty void.

I live in Norway, but I've also lived in Sweden, Belgium, USA and Canada. And as for what's the BEST place to live, I'd say Norway and Sweden. Belgium and Canada was really good as well, but I wouldn't go back to USA ever. Not even for a vacation.
