The (semi) original line-up with Phil and Dave Alvin, Bill Bateman, Johnny Bazz, Gene Taylor was one kick-ass roots rock band.

The music/band plays real good.
But the leadsinger, sings very poorly.
No wonder Shakys version is the bigger hit!

yeah, the sound is low on this...but what a fabulous performance! bringin' the rockabilly to the europeans with a vengeance!! awesome.
