High usage = failed unit, stepper motor loses steps and gets confused where it is, on my 3rd one, 1 nw200 DOA, 2nd nw200 3 months lost steps, upgraged to nw700 has lasted around 9 months and just started losing steps and turns incorrectly or not at all. Also recording hopeless, go away for a week and maybe you can see only the last 3 days cause it cant hold enough and records over the oldest if you have.
