Hi, thanks for your comment and question.
The dolly sits on two tripods via quick release plates, the camera sits on a ball-head. The one tripod has a geared centre piece so levelling is quick and straight forward. Placement of the dolly can take quite a while as you need to take into consideration the framing from the start to the finish point of the dolly travel. The electronic box is easy to set up. So time wise Approx 10-30 mins depending on how well you know the location
