2. Body heat is not the same as radiator heat, please observe the difference in temperature.

3. The shape of these wheels are symmetric as well (their shape is probably because they are easy to position), and symmetry means that vertical flow cannot turn it in either direction.

You can make it spin by placing several glasses of boiling water around it, very tightly closed.

Also for some more information, I have found that I really have no control over it at all.

I can place my hand in its proximity and it 'may' start to turn, but to which side I never know. It often seems that it can react just by being near it, not using your hands at all.
