Any idiot knows how to do that.. The blasting cap is the problem, but a single gram of HMTD will do the job.
An yes, HMTD is easy to make to.
Terrorists aren't rocket scientist, they just use google like everybody else.. So drop the attiude, anyone can make explosives using household materials and a internet connection.
