Sorry, I normally get my nutrition from Pringles in the Greek Sesame seasoning format. If that doesn't fix my appetite, I usually get a family bucket from KFC and that holds me over until to tomorrow. Just wanted to say, thanks for the vid.
I make my homemade cresant pizza(I know I spelled that wrong) and I mix the sauce myself and hand shred the cheese(only munster it is the better of the cheeses, and I can't have high cow milk cheese) you more or less make a squarish shape out of crescent dough put the sauce on and add the cheese and any toppings you want,
I like diced tomatoes:)
roughly 6 minutes prep time and 15-20 minutes cooktime, since the crust takes less time to bake.
It is more filling than to go pizza in less slices.

this brand of pizza is too salty. you might loss weight but you will get high blood pressure and cardiac disease.
better to make your own pizza to control what you put in there. use low calorie cheese or omit it completely, and omit the olive oil because that is fattening. put on more tomato sause as more vegetable is better
I know that not everyone will have the time to do this, but I like making my own pizzas from scratch. I think they taste so much nicer than anything you could buy.
So if you have the free time, I really suggest making it your self, it's really simple.
Do you work for that pizza company? Don't think you can get it in Great Britain, basically thin crust and veggie is the healthiest option usually, but if you really don't want that, then go for what you do want, you'll eat the whole of the healthy pizza searching for sattisfaction, when you would be sattisfied with a lesser amount of the pizza you really want.
170 calories for half the pizza!!!!!!!!!! how many carbs, though? I know that just 2 slices of Pizza Hut pizza is about 360 calories (just the plain cheese).
I eat chicken pizza whenever I want.Pita bread, natural low sodium pizza sauce, low fat cheese, chicken, spices, and whatever veggies you want to color it up with.Even a $10 frozen pizza from Whole Foods(if you choose not to buy a $5-$6 brand) is cheaper than ordering a pizza.People are quick to buy cheap junk food to save a couple bucks so they can spend $50 at the bar.
omg sooooo funny. i have recently lost 20 lbs, and i was craving pizza soooo bad today, started, couldn't stop, ate and entire totinos pizza. i'm so mad. i'm going to kick my own behind for it at the gym tomorrow. *sobs* binging sucks, and it's so true, you will if you try to completely cut out your favorites :(
The problem with these types of products is that they are always really overpriced. It's a huge waste of money...I'd bet a healthy, organize frozen pizza like this costs close to 10 dollars and it isn't half the size of the smallest one you could get from takeout.
I'm sure it's plenty healthy, but it's not an option for anyone who doesn't have a lot of extra money to spend. The food industry is funny, you always end up paying MORE for LESS.
or you could make your own pizza and freeze it for when you need it. Its probably the easiest thing to cook and prepare. Its tons cheaper than anything you could ever buy, and since you vary exactly what you put in it, its much much healthier.
OMG!!!!!!!!! how weird do you guys on you tube do you have to be. who cares if you eat pizza while you are on a diet. GO LOU MALNATIES!!!!!! BOO AC LAROCCO PIZZA!!! REGULAR PIZZA TASTES GOOD! DIET TASTES BAD!!!!! screw this video
Jeesus ..... since when was healthy pizza covered in cheese?
Here's a better alternative - Use your breadmaker to make a low sugar WHOLEMEAL base and put on all your toppings except cheese (or feta if you MUST). Healthier than anything you can by in the shops
THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE PIZZA ADVICE! i've been on a diet and since i started i've been craving pizza. but i don't think they have that pizza on our supermarkets. i'm from puerto rico so...idk. got to check that out.! thanks!! =D
Thanks sarah! now i can satisfy my cravings without so many calories, when i first saw how much calories just one slice of a pizza from pizza hut had i freaked out especially since i love to have 2 or 3 slices. thanks again for the recommendation =)

Sarah you a awesome!!! This was a GREAT idea!!!! Just about everyone loves to eat pizza but it is usually the kind with lots of fats. This was a great idea! Thx again diethealth! =]
I bought this pizza "Greek Sesame" 2 weeks ago it was very good and when I read about the calories I was ecstatic. Whole Foods Market 365 brand "Chicken Ceasar" tastes Amazing.
I have found Amy's no cheese pizza is tasty, fast, and does not leave you bloated for those that are lactose intolerant. Also they are organic! The downside is...... it has 400 calories for half the pizza but I am full after that unlike some others. Have not tried the above La roc pizzas, just can't find them. I personally would rather have natural than chemicaly altered food all the time.
I buy frozen french fries for my children from Whole Foods Market and put it in the oven on a cookie sheet for about 20-25 minutes at 425 F, my kids love it. They look just like the ones from McDonalds just NOT deep fried but OVEN BAKED AND YUMMY.
You do understand that frozen french fries are deep fried prior to freezing, right? You're baking them to reheat them... but they've already been fried.
This bag a Organic Shoestring Potatoes from Whole Foods are not fried, they are actually raw potatoes sprayed with organic canola oil and frozen, you bake them.
I buy a big bag of those frozen fries and microwave them every once in a while. I love them! I just wish there was a fast food place that had healthier fries, lol. But I guess that's a contradictory statement, huh?
I make pizzas on Flat Out Bread, each piece of Flat Out has about 100 calories, so adding sauce, cheese and spices is nothing. They also come in tons of flavors and if they have them in my small town store they're everywhere. These pizza's however are not, and may not be for months/years!
I couldn't agree with you more. I use wholegrain organic flatbreads and I also use alot more veggies than these pizza have. MMMM drooling thinking about it now!!
the pizza is so thin, so its not filling. I was so disappointed. Im just going to keep doing my own tortilla pizzas & a LOT cheaper. I will never reorder these again.
That sounds like a good alternative if your gonna really be restricting calories- I just give in and eat the pizza but I wait 'till I've been craving it a couple of days so that I truly enjoy it and only have like a slice or two and have like a coke with it so I don't start craving that, I also make sure that the rest of my day is low-cal so I don't feel bad. I found that if I do this its easier to stay on my diet than if I eat diet food to replace my craving.

YUM. That is a great idea! Sometimes I do spinach, feta, and mushrooms on a Food for Life brand sprouted grain English muffin. So good, and so filling.
I would check the label on the box & compare it to the one on the site. I found some of the labels were different. after I ordered the pizzas online. I called the company & they apologized...duh. The pizza was ok but not worth the high price & very hard to find.Rip off!

Normal base.
Peppers, mushrooms, cuccumber and maybe broccoli.
Egg white on top (instead of cheese) or a small amount of breaded oats (so its crusty).
Its high in carbohydrates and low in fat. The oats are a bit risky by it you get it right its great.

I rather make my own that taste a hell of a lot better and more then likey even more healthy.

170 calories is not enough for a meal, what's the point? Should we eat it all? that is 340 calories? I prefer to eat half a real pizza.
