I live in an apt building where the parking lot is so close i can open my sliding glass door and spit on the cars if i wanted, we had a neighbor's friend do the same thing on Saturdays and Sundays around 6am. woke up me, my husband and two small children week after week until i finally bought an airhorn, walked to her car window, (which was down) in my PJ's and blew it in her face. I said "did you enjoy that? NO? neither do I, get out of your f#cking car and knock on the door!" problem solved
