I'm not sure if it's the Soul Cages Tour, I think it might be the following tour (Ten Summoner's Tales - 1993). Besides, Vinx is not even on stage here, but he was featured on the unplugged shows with this same line-up.

I used to have the VHS..and actually I went to a concert in this Tour,,,Sting with 40 years old..playing with Calioutta,, Saiscious, and Dominique Miller ..great band they play an excellent version of Purple Haze
