im having trouble changing the m4r like needed Im on a Windows Vista so IDK where to find "tools" and change the view of my stuff on desktop ugh! I am soo lost on this i hate windows vista!

@serribi3night sometimes on Vista you have to hit the ALT key on the keboard to reveal the Tools menu

i did everything but i dont have a ringtone tab on the left for the files to be imported to. how do i get the tab?

what its not m4a but mp3?

@seanae86 you have to change your import settings in your itunes preferences to use AAC encoder instead of MP3 encoder. The instructions are in the video
