And yes let's from this day call our ancient capital Takht-e Jamshid like it was termed originally. Its construction stregnth and archetectural perfection can be seen in the amazement that although built close to 3 milleniums ago there is still a lot of remains: after the looting and burning by the Greeks, the looting, defacing, removing of stones and buildings, and destruction of it by the Arabs, Time, and neglect.

This is great yet it still does not capture what Persepolis really looked like; the real capital looked even more beautiful and magnificent. The thing that is missing the most is the engravings and art both outside and within the walls and halls. And many other valuables and items inside and gardens around.
