This is disturbing...I don't see how the mother and father hadn't fallen apart...the last thing on my mind would be, "Let's make a video of this!"...I know they want memories, but I just can't believe the strength they had to make this. God bless that poor little angel, who is in God's hands now!

As tragic as this undoubtedly is, putting photos of a dead baby on youtube is just grotesque and undignified to the extreme, frankly. Obscene, even. And judging from all the preview stills of videos in the suggestions area, you're FAR from being the only one to do it.
So, again, I'm very sorry for your loss, but I honestly don't get why you would make a video like this. If it helps you cope, fine, but that doesn't make releasing photos of your dead and decomposing baby any more appropriate.

Keep in mind, what is a "dead baby" to you was still a life to a loving, grieving, parent. You look at this and see a corpse- these parents looked at this child and saw just that...their child.

It would be hard but without those people who do medical autopsies on babies we would never have known why we lost our son and we needed to know, we needed that closure. As far as videos like this go, I don't think any stigma should be attached to these either but those that steal them for gore sites...now there is where the stigma belongs.

I am so sorry for your loss. This is every women's worst nightmare. You think that once you get past the first trimester, you are home free. You never expect that your baby will be still born. My mother came very close to losing my sister because of multiple holes i her heart, but despite all the odds against her, she survived. I don't know why one baby lives any another dies, but thank you for sharing Sklyler's short life with us. I know that I will never forget him. God be with you.

I am so sorry for your loss. This is every women's worst nightmare. You think that once you get past the first trimester, you are home free. You never expect that your baby will be still born. My mother came very close to losing my sister because of multiple holes i her heart, but despite all the odds against her, she survived. I don't know why one baby lives any another dies, but thank you for sharing Sklyler's short life with us. I know that I will never forget him. God be with you.
