just adding a comment, looks like a typical British Birdcage action piano, it's value before the destruction was probably zero, these are terrible pianos to tune, to play etc. most have loose tuning pins, and the overdampers make them annoying to tune.
the only good thing they did on these pianos unfortunately the cabinet/finish was good, so they looked good. but musically were inferior
so to the average person , they look like they have value,but they don't...
