  • who the fuck names there kid Jamima unless they will be making syrup forever

  • And just so everyone knows, 12 young adults I am friends with changed their mind on Global Warming when I showed them this video, and documents about propaganda used in Nazi Germany. I guess they made the connection.

I am about to talk to others I know, but pointing out Fundamental Islamists blow up non-believers, and then show them this video. If it doesn't prove that this is a religion, nothing does.

  • @brendanmcwilliams A while ago in the UK, there was a major and succesful public campaign by charities, scientific bodies and the govt alike to make people aware of the dangers of AIDS. Many countries and individuals denied that AIDS even existed. If something is known to be very likely indeed to cause harm then why wouldn't you advertise it in a way to raise awareness?

Comparing this video to Nazi propaganda is like trying to compare Einstein to Stalin because they both had moustaches.

  • @checkyoursources

I don't remember Einstein, or any intellectual body, for that reason, promoting or joking about blowing up kids in a gory way. Einstein didn't have such a warped mind, but the Nazi were all for this kind of "forceful propaganda".

AIDS and Holocaust deniers are the far minority because enough proof and the total lack of any dissenting opinions has made it the prominent theory.

  • @brendanmcwilliams "promoting or joking about blowing up kids in a gory way" -Wow, you probably watch much much worse on mainstream news and even wildife docs but I don't see you complaining about that, where is the consistency in your argument. P.s. you just failed by godwins law. look it up.

  • @checkyoursources

I already know of godwins law. Godwin complains that some lower IQ folks ruin it by arguing against the mention of Hitler when it is actually apt.

I'm sure Godwin would agree that blowing up children as a propaganda commercial definitely fits the nazi spirit and techniques.

  • @brendanmcwilliams "I'm sure Godwin would agree that blowing up children as a propaganda commercial definitely fits the nazi spirit and techniques." a gross assumption. Star wars has a scene where a hand is cut off, did you complain about that too as it was rated U on video?

  • @checkyoursources

If you are truly warped enough to think that blowing up children on a commercial on TV is ok, it kind of sums up the detachment from reality and possible mental condition your group has.

I can say, I have never seen such a gory commercial. Even horror movie commercials don't show this type of gore. Typically, you voluntarily subject yourself to this stuff, by watching a movie or program with PG-13 or R rating.

  • @checkyoursources

As for the dislike of intellectual stuff like discovery channel, that is fine. It is a pay cable channel, and warns of anything gory. This is nature, not a hollywood studio or CGI to make horrific videos of kids blowing up.

  • @checkyoursources

Disagree with me, I kill you in horrible way!

You are right. No bearing on Hitler or Stalin.

  • @brendanmcwilliams Religion is exactly the same, do exactly what I say or you burn in eternal hell, (much worse than this advert suggests) did you complain about religion too?

Is your agrument consistent or biased by you disagreement with anthropogenic global warming, please be honest?

  • @checkyoursources Jas 1:26 If anyone among you thinks he is religious, and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this oneʼs religion is worthless.

Jas 1:27 Clean and undefiled religion before the Elohim and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.

  • @ChrisnStarry Sorry I don't believe in sky fairies, nor do i think people should feel the need to only do good things because they get a reward (imaginary heaven) or because they are scared of an imaginary eternal hell. People should do good things because it's the right thing to do, not because of a story book written by desert nomads which has been used to extort money from people for 1000's of years..

  • @checkyoursources Psa 14:1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

  • @checkyoursources Your assumptions lead me to believe you are only familiar with the pagan religions(Christianity), & NOT The Word of your Creator. ignorance will be NO excuse. Thus says Yahweh! In Yahshua may you find the truth, & be set free!!!

  • @checkyoursources

If Global Warming/Climate Change/etc wanted to be taken as serious theory, they would likely not be involved in "hiding decreases in temperature", being involved in government cronyism, drop the corruption and capitalism focus, and try to prove their theories through science rather than propaganda, talking points, mantras, or threatening to blow children up.

Science doesn't require such mental conditioning and fear mongering.

  • Just curious, has anyone ever seen any anti-alarmists make videos, speeches, etc about killing or blowing up alarmists?

I think that speaks for itself on which side is transparent and which side is into propaganda (and killing anyone who doesn't go along with said propaganda).

  • I'm hear to educate as well as argue.

    ;)

  • @brendanmcwilliams "I'm hear to educate as well as argue." - Here or "hear"?

  • @checkyoursources

    Really? Pointing out typos/misspellings?

"humans are now the most likely dominant forcing."

    -"forcing" or "force"?

  • @brendanmcwilliams "forcing"-look it up

  • For real intellectuals that are trying to figure out if these doomsday theories have any substance, research pre-Ice Age world temperatures. Look into biology and the atmosphere and find the saturation point for greenhouse gases (the point where increased greenhouse gas no longer has an effect).

Look into the net increase in world temperature from 1900 to today, from 1800 to 1900,etc.

Also, check into data collection methods of the past 30 years and see if there are deviations in standards.

  • Honestly, whether your arguing about the end of the world coming if we don't stop cow farts or arguing that we need to nuke Iran because they may eventually get a WMD, it is fear mongering with no research or understanding in these subjects.

Spend less time ranting and more time reading. I am so tired of arguing with redneck truthers, alarmists, and birthers. Please research your claims so you don't make fools of yourself.

  • Dawkins argument against traditional religion:

“If you had been born in India, I daresay you'd be saying the

same thing about Lord Krishna and Lord Shiva...if

you'd been born in Olympian Greece you'd be saying the same thing about

    Zeus and Apollo."

    Now applied to Alarmist religion:

“If you had been arguing 1970, I daresay you'd be saying the

same thing about "Global Cooling" or "Coming Ice Age Theory". Had you been arguing in 1990, I daresay you'd be fearing "Ozone Holes..."

  • When pointed out that all other scientists like meteorologists, physicists, biologists, etc don't believe in it, alarmist claim that only environmental scientists matter because only they can know how it works. Seeing their their job depends on appearing to validate Global Warming, it isn't surprising that they support the theory.

They are a form of bishop or pope that has unknowable knowledge, shrouded in mystery. For this reason, alarmists likely could get a tax break as a religion or cult.

  • All respectable scientists have removed their endorsement on "Global Warming" theory. Now only Environmental scientists, who's livlihood is based on a theory being real, support the "Global Warming" theory.

Many of them have gotten rich off of this scam, as well as the politicians. Like the war propaganda, it fuels the Environmental Industrial Complex.

  • I don't want to argue with conspiracy/doomsday theory wackjobs anymore.

To all truthers, you are not engineers, so please don't give your opinion on WTC collapse subject.

To alarmists, you are not scientists, so please don't give your opinion on "Global Warming" subject.

To all birthers, you are hardly literate so don't give your opinion on proper documentation subject.

  • The fact that we haven't had reached a full 1 degree increase in temperature within the last 50 to 100 years, and the fact that the world temperature has been more than 5 degrees hotter and colder than now in past human history makes one believe that this is a cultist overreaction.

Like truthers, birthers, and other conspiracy theorists, alarmist readily buy into sensationalism and doomsday predictions (predictions were that in 2002 either the continents would be desert or covered in water).

  • If it makes it clearer, coldest summer world temperature. There has never been a uniformed season where every country was the coldest or hottest, yet there have been world temperatures at least 5 degrees hotter than today and at least 5 degrees colder than today.

NOAA and NASA also point out that the world temperature has yet to reach a full 1 degree increase in temperature in the last 50 years.

  • Only fascists Nazis ,dictators, despots and extremely psychotic people such as some of the posts on here will find this funny (mostly brainwashed warmists) sheep who if told something over and over again will believe anything ,most of the human race are sheep this is why Monotheistic Islam, Christianity, Nazism, communism, political correctness and Environmentalism will always gain a foothold people who refuse to accept consensus opinions without proof are always reviled by the loony mobs

  • Also, Greenhouse gases seem to disappear totally in the winter and the last 3 years (coldest summers on record worldwide), not amplifying any of the sun's rays, and not trapping any of the heat via "Greenhouse effect" (could be explained through a "Sun on Vacation" theory possibly).

Just like the economy "improving" according to politicians and "experts", it is quite obvious to the public that this is just propaganda to keep people ignoring all the lobbyist activities and bribery in Washington.

  • @brendanmcwilliams "coldest summers on record worldwide" Where do you get off making ridiculous statements like this? Unless of course Australia, New Zealand, Russia, England, Italy, Mongolia, just to name a few aren't part of this world?

  • The fact that blowing up people rather than releasing the evidence to support their fanaticism is a silent proof to there being nothing behind the claim.

Believe what we do or we'll kill you has never been required for any true idea or concept.

In the last century, 5 of the hottest years on record were before cars were mass produced, and 5 were after cars were mass produced. The Dust Bowl occurred before emissions were "out of control".

  • @brendanmcwilliams 17 out of the last 20 years were the hottest on modern record and all 20 of the hootest years globally have been since the 1970's. This is according to NASA, NOAA, WMO, EEA, met office and NRDC.

  • @checkyoursources

Except they weren't. The fact that they closed 70% of weather/temperature stations in the last 40 years, with 90% of them being rural ones looks all but accidental. At this time, over 80% of temperature stations are directly on concrete, on top of buildings, or within 5 meters distance from heavy equipment exhaust. A tell-tale sign of corruption & profiteering.

Second only to the military industrial complex in propaganda and profiteering from misinformation

  • @brendanmcwilliams Independent studies using different software, different methods, and different data sets yield very similar results. The increase in temperatures since 1975 is a consistent feature of all reconstructions. This increase cannot be explained as an artifact of the adjustment process, the decrease in station numbers, or other non-climatological factors. Other data sets that don't suffer from GHCN's decline in station numbers show the same temperature increase.

  • @checkyoursources

Well seeing that they also changed the method by which they are getting temperatures from before the "record highs of 1998 and 2002, it would be expected that there would be a great deviation in temperature.

"Scientists" switched from using tree rings to just using thermometers. In this same year, there was a record increase in temperatures. Needless to say, this is no longer science.

If you alter the method of measurement halfway through an experiment, you void it.

  • @brendanmcwilliams you said: "Scientists switched from using tree rings to just using thermometers" -This was done because we only have data for global temps from instruments going back 150 years prior to this we use proxies. There is nothing wrong with measuring change using several instruments especially if the new instruments are more accurate. How do you explain the fall in the suns output from 2003 to 2010 yet two record warm years in that period with AGW being the most likely explanation?

  • @checkyoursources

There lies the problem. If you change measurements, you would watch for deviations after the switch. If found, you would make sure it was public knowledge that the technique was changed.

Instead, the deviated temperatures were printed, and while scientific journals may have sidenotes about the technique change, the media publishes as if a major change has happened. Proponents don't correct the misinformation because it works in their advantage.

  • @checkyoursources

This is where it gets muddled. In spite of some of the coldest winters and summers on record, the claim is made that it was record high temps.

This, of course, is why most of the world doesn't believe in global warming.Just like the economy "improving" dramatically, when no one actually experiences these claims, people lose faith in the media, economists, or scientists. They start to realize that manipulation is being attempted so a few people can get rich

  • @brendanmcwilliams Since the mid 1970s, global temperatures have been warming at around 0.2 degrees Celsius per decade. However, weather imposes its own dramatic ups and downs over the long term trend. We expect to see record cold temperatures even during global warming. Nevertheless over the last decade, daily record high temperatures occurred twice as often as record lows. This tendency towards hotter days is expected to increase as global warming continues into the 21st Century.

  • @checkyoursources

And here lies the crux of the issue. Non-alarmists have been stating that solar flares, el nino, wind patterns, and returning to temperatures back before the Little Ice Age accounted for the majority of the weather and temperature.

Alarmist discarded the idea that anything had more influence than Global Warming. After things didn't go the way they predicted, they rebranded it Climate Change. Now we hear that other factors do have bigger effects from alarmists

  • @brendanmcwilliams how about satellite data, which includes not only outgoing and incoming radiation for all points on the globe but also measures other aspects of climate change like changes in photosynthesis and upper atmosphere warming? How about the measurements of ocean temperatures by a large network buoys? No concrete there. Don't forget, the weather stations in all the other countries in the world that don't have the same issues as those you mention in the US?

  • @uknowispeaksense

Your argument has obvious fallacies, but I fear you don't see them through your fear.

The Greeks were able to calculate the circumference of the earth using rudimentary geometric techniques. Now we have the technology to get fine-tuned measurements.

Modern measurements and find that the earth is 300 miles larger in circumference.

    Did the earth grow?

With your logic, yes. Comparing data from 15th,17th,or 19th century and expecting it to be as accurate as today is silly

  • @brendanmcwilliams

That being said, you are arguing about world temperature patterns using 50 years or so of data. That is not scientific, but foolish.

Science does not cherry pick or choose small samples of data and pretend it reflects real data or real theories.

To quote Disco Stu, "Did you know that disco record sales were up 400% for the year ending 1976? If these trends continue...A-y-y-y!"

Using this same technique, 1970's scientists all believed in the "Global Cooling" theory.

  • @brendanmcwilliams all the 1970's scientists? get off the denier blogs budy and hit the scientific literature. if you can find for me a list of scientists from peer reviewed literature who in the 70's thought the world was cooling, I will find 10 times as many who say the opposite. This isn't a throwaway line by the way. This is me asking you to back up your ridiculous claim.

  • @uknowispeaksense

    Wikipedia (possible denier blog):

Global cooling was a conjecture during the 1970s of imminent cooling of the Earth's surface and atmosphere along with a posited commencement of glaciation. This hypothesis had mixed support in the scientific community, but gained temporary popular attention due to a combination of a slight downward trend of temperatures from the 1940s to the early 1970s...

  • @brendanmcwilliams So we've gone from "1970's scientists all believed..." to "mixed support". Thankyou for disagreeing with yourself and preventing me from pointing out to you that the actual percentage of peer reviewed papers in the 70's postulating global cooling of all global climate papers was actually less than 5%. Oops, I just did. Now, would you care to explain to me how you can extrapolate Mars to Earth given that they have very different atmospheres? Be scientific now.

  • @uknowispeaksense

"mixed support in the scientific community, but gained temporary popular attention due to a combination of a slight downward trend of temperatures from the 1940s to the early 1970s"

Mixed support in scientific community, sensationalism and temporary temperature trends creating popularity among the masses.

Couldn't be closer to the "Global Warning" scenario.

  • @brendanmcwilliams dude, I'm not going to argue with you. You haven'tread a single peer reviewed paper on the subject and you rely on wikipedia as well as denier blogs for your information. Since you like googling so much, google "google galileo" and read about yourself.

  • @uknowispeaksense

Since you are hung up on that mantra so much, here is a released batch from the Senate Committee on Environment and Public works.

    Found at :

    epw.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?FuseAction=Minority.Blogs&ContentRecord_id=84e9e44a-802a-23ad-493a-b35d0842fed8

"New Peer-Reviewed Scientific Studies Chill Global Warming Fears"

Basically, Global Warming has officially been debunked. ;)

  • @brendanmcwilliams By a senate committee? FFS mate. Get me the peer reviewed scientific literature. Tell the coral reefs that are bleaching, that it is debunked, tell the pine forests in your country being decimated by pine beetle that it has been debunked. Tell the villagers in Siberia whose houses are sinking in melting permafrost that it has been debunked.

  • Comment removed

  • @uknowispeaksense

The fact that the majority of the world does not believe Global Warming exists, even if you rename it Climate Change in the cold years, is all that matters.

You can claim it is hotter than ever, even as people experience the coldest winters and summers on record. It doesn't matter what you or I say. The people know what is going on in their countries.

There is a reason that only one side here is so desperate that they make ads about blowing up people.

  • @brendanmcwilliams The 2007 paper that the minority Senate committee gave (just about being as POLITICAL a source as you can get) is by Stephen Schwartz. He claimed a 1 degree change by 2100 but ignored ALL feedback effects which gives such a misleadingly low figure. This figure of just 1 degree is about a third of the consensus view (around 3°C). See: (Zeebe 2009), Gregory et al. (2002), Wigley et al. (2005), Forster et al. (2006) and Hegerl et al Science DOI: 10.1126/science 2011

  • @checkyoursources

Then we just go back to cherry picking. If we go with the peer reviews that support one political parties stance over the other, then there is no point in even using the peer review argument. With all the research grants going to the scientists who have the best "Armageddon" theory, there is little reason to take them seriously.

No one has yet to go through the theories of the last 50 years and document what percentage were 100% incorrect sensationalism.

  • @checkyoursources

Not that I am only picking on the science community. The medical community has become just as focused on sensationalism for profit with the recent fearmongering over influenza strains.

None of these "plagues" even resulted in as many deaths as the common flu. Capitalism works well in most fields, but science and medicine are not fields that should be dominated by capitalist motives,IMO.

If they want to focus on money, they shouldn't get government funding

  • @checkyoursources

The fact that most of the world, along with the majority of the populations in every major country, do not believe in Global Warming is enough.

You can argue that the world has not had some exceptionally cold years recently, but it comes down to what the people of the world experience. They believe what they experience, regardless of what scientists or politicians say.

Hence, we fall back to the lowest common denominator, blowing people up.

  • @uknowispeaksense

Of course it could be that all of those scientists and the senate are in on the conspiracy.

Has anyone ever wondered how so many believe that half the US population is deeply involved in hiding conspiracies. Alarmists and Truthers are the biggest on this, but Birthers have now entered that phase in arguing whether the birth certificate is fake, so they are joining the ranks of the other two crazy redneck groups.

  • @brendanmcwilliams

I didn't mention Deniers, who believe WWII was staged and Nazis never existed. I noticed that a lot of conspiracy theorists have much overlap.

Whether they are obsessed with alien autopsies, holographic planes flying into the WTC, or blowing up anyone who doesn't go along with rapture/global warming/general doomsday theories, like in this video, they seem to only function in extremes.

  • @brendanmcwilliams are yousuggesting that AGW proponents are rednecks? is that really what you are saying? You do realise that there is a whole world out there that isn't the USA? Go and look at climate studies from scientisits from all over the world. I know with the americanocentric media there it is difficult but go to google scholar and start looking. until then, you and i are done.

  • @uknowispeaksense

Yes. The rest of the world has abandoned the Global Warming theory long before the US. China, Russia, South America, Africa, etc. The majority of Australians don't believe it, as policy has been voted down pretty consistently. Europe and the UK have turned their backs on the theory recently after the Wikileaks exposed scientists coming up with techniques to "hide the decreases in temperature".

  • @uknowispeaksense

Wikileaks and ClimateGate exposed the pro-Global Warming scientists as frauds and money making shysters.

Even the few countries still clinging to the theory have a population that overwhelmingly does not believe the hype.

If you know one country where multiple unbiased surveys show even half the population to believe in this theory, feel free to point them out.

In the end, one side is transparent, and one side "hides the decrease" and is tied to politics.

  • @brendanmcwilliams A number of independent investigations from different countries, universities and government bodies have investigated the stolen emails and found no evidence of wrong doing. Focusing on a few suggestive emails, taken out of context, merely serves to distract from the wealth of empirical evidence for man-made global warming.

  • @checkyoursources

If you could convince myself or the public of that, Global Warming would likely still be believe by the majority of people. However, most people don't believe discussions on how to "hide the decreases in temperature" to make it look hotter than it is, or stating that a specific scientist already has "a trick to suppress" specific data, are anything but fraudulent science.

It will be hard, if not impossible, to regain those read the Wikileaks and emails.

  • @brendanmcwilliams watch: watch?v=7nnVQ2fROOg then come back.

  • @uknowispeaksense

And yes, they are rednecks. Rednecks exist in more than just America. The uneducated masses that go along with talking points and whatever they are told without question constitute what we call rednecks. They can only focus on the newest doomsday headlines in the yellow journalism media. Whether religious based raptures, alien attacks, or "waterworld" scenarios, they do not understand the scientific method or skepticism in general. They are fairly gullible.

  • @brendanmcwilliams Climate reacts to whatever forces it to change at the time; humans are now the most likely dominant forcing.

  • @checkyoursources

As the peer reviews I posted point out, there is little to no connection with human activity. Seeing that some of the highest temperatures, and even a "Dust Bowl" existed before automobiles were prominent, we find that modern fear mongering is just that.

Isn't it odd that it was warmer before automobiles were prominent, and in 1940 to 1970 was so cold that scientists predicted a coming ice age?

  • @brendanmcwilliams Natural climate change in the past proves that climate is sensitive to an energy imbalance. If the planet accumulates heat, global temperatures will go up. Currently, human CO2 is imposing an energy imbalance due to the enhanced greenhouse effect. Past climate change actually provides evidence for our climate's sensitivity to CO2. 1970s ice age predictions were predominantly media based. The majority of peer reviewed research at the time predicted warming due to increasing CO2

  • @checkyoursources

The argument for the old "Ozone Hole" apocalypse was that the holes would increase without bounds. Of course, like many meteorologists pointed out, it is a cyclic event.

Eventually, the theory just disappeared. Catastrophe averted by indifference.

Unfortunately, Global Warming fits the same basic concept. A world with an unbound increase in temperature.

In spite of knowing that the earth has gone from hotter than today, to ice ages, and back again.

  • @checkyoursources

Fearmongering for profit is just as horrible with the Environmental Industrial Complex as it is with fearmongering for Profit in the Military Industrial Complex.

These erroneous, yet profitable theories have caused more damage to 3rd world countries like those in Africa than any other force to date.

Just like the wars based on fearmongering over WMDs in Iraq, and now Iran. It is nice if you are profiting from "end of the world" claims, but not for others.

  • Hitler would be proud of this ad.

  • obviously a film created by the ruling elite! "if you dont believe in man-made global warming, we will blow you to pieces!!!! absolutely disgusting.....

  • 1010 is like all the other militant environmental groups: terrorists, lying scaremongers, and haters of Mankind and Progress.

  • I think the main flaw in the advert is that it's the people themselves causing the exploding through the button.

Were it to be an effective metaphor, by a few people not wanting to join in, everyone would die. It's not like the skeptics have a planet to themselves that they're ruining separate to those of us trying to cut back. We all have to pay for the nonchalance of the skeptics.

  • This is going way too far. I love gory humor, but this is just wrong, and gives off a terrible message. So if someone disagrees, you should kill them? And apparently the writers thought that killing people who disagree with them is supposed to be funny? This is not funny, this is just a sick and sadistic idea. How did this even air in the first place?

  • "Stop breathing or die!!!"

  • They're not being killed. They just happen to explode spontaneously at the exact time the button is pressed. Just a big coincidence.

  • They're not kidding. Also learn about the GEORGIA GUIDESTONES in Elberton, Georgia, USA. One of the stones states that "Humanity must be maintained at 500 million." There's a few billion people on this planet now.

Also, learn about Professor Erik Pianka who thinks most people should be dead and Kissinger (useless eaters).

There's an upcoming GLOBAL GOVERNMENT and for easier control, they want a lot less people and the survivors will be heavily rationed, microchipped slaves.

  • Аймшигтай сурталчилгаа, яаж ингэж хийсийн болоо?

  • Global warming zombies are scum.

  • fuck all of you enviromentalist devil worshipping bastards!!!

The earth will one day rot and where will our soul be??

    retards!

  • WOW. Because this sends such a wonderful message about environmentalists.

  • Hi GammaRay43, sorry for taking so long to reply. A wally is a foolish person. It's an old fashioned word I suppose, you don't hear it much these days in the UK. What I was trying to say is that in my opinion the people who made the film are most likely smug, middle class people who are very pleased with themselves and who think they are incredibly witty and funny.

  • I thought it was hilarious, but I do wonder how on earth the Global Warming enthusiasts expect to be taken seriously with this. It's like as though they're mocking their own beliefs by making light of it with this hilarous short film.

Also I do wonder how many of the actors in that film truly continue to try and cut down 10% every single day.

  • Well now- let me see if I get the jist of this deep concept video: 'go along to get along'...or get blown up. Groundbreaking. What a fresh perspective~I don't find it funny so i guess my problem is that I "just can't take a joke". Hey everyone- anybody who doesn't think this video is funny is an ass clown! (and will be extrminated by a little red button)

  • love it. ps gw is a hoax.

  • It's not eco-terrorism, it's just a bit shit.

  • FUCKING ECOTERRORIST

  • 'Green' policies promote 'nature' over humans. 'We' are the ones ruining the environment, so 'we' are unimportant.

There's no reason to be wasteful and pollute our environment, but there is also no reason to allow ourselves to be subservient to the environment, especially at the expense of human life.

I have a broad sense of humor, but this... I can't see how this was supposed to be funny. There are just way too many sinister undertones in this piece.

  • Enviro'mentalists' expose their humanity bypass.

  • This video has inspired me to buy an SUV. Epic Fail!

  • @topologyrob would it still be funny if it depicted whalers harpooning Green Peace members?

  • @JohnSalmeier Sure it could be - it all depends on how it's done.

  • @topologyrob I understand that the conspiracy theories are ridiculous. However, this video, unnecessary gore aside, essentially boils down to the following: if your opinion differs from ours you will be picked off. And please don't use the standard defence: irony. I don't care how many layers of farce you can discern in this video. It gives a certain sinister impression and the people who made it are responsible for that.

  • @topologyrob Imagine they did this to kids who said they were gay, rather than had doubts about this program. Still ridiculous and funny?

  • @topologyrob self-deprecatory would mean the greens would be making fun of them selves

  • @ajgolfer1 Which is what is going on in this video - surely that's pretty clear?

  • So ... I should blow people up if I disagree with them. OK. Hmm, how can I protest about capitalism? Maybe I can find a world trade center somewhere.

  • Hail Hitler! Hail Environmentalists! :))

  • I personally think that 10:10 is a cool idea. I don't think though that this video was the greatest idea. :P It is kinda gross. hehe.

  • Conform or die.

  • repulsive.

  • just a video. no children were harmed in the making of this video. only the egos of the ass clowns who can't take a joke!!

  • @zuki1899 would it still be funny if it depicted whalers harpooning Green Peace members?

  • @JohnSalmeier oh please!! no children were blown up. if everyone is so up in arms about this video then why is everybody reposting it? the best way to stop propaganda is to ignore it and let it die. and to answer your question if done right a good harpooning would make me laugh, you know why because it wold be fake just like this video. shock videos are the staple of our society. be smart and don't acknowledge them, learn the difference between reality and satire.

  • @zuki1899 People are re-posting it to show the mind-set of the eco radicals. The fact they consider having the magic button humorous clearly shows the warped nature of their minds.

By the way, I at no time said the video showed real children being blown up. It does however show the contempt for human life these extremists have. The video is appalling at best, and shows how weak their argument is to start with.

  • @JohnSalmeier : Following the message of this video, it would rather be Green Peace members harpooning whalers ;-)

*this could actually be a GP advertisment idea, this ! :-) *

  • Video made BY f***wits, FOR f***wits.

  • fucking crybabies, it's just a video. They aren't blowing up people for real. Faggots

  • Yes Sorry @johnsalmeier You certainly did not make a comment re: Nazi's

I mistakenly attributed @lifeinspace comment to you. Sorry.

As for throwing insults, I dont equate asking if someone knows what a Nazi is as an insult, or was it my comment on the Republicans that you are refering to? Those comments I do stand by but they were not directed at you personaly as I do not know your political affiliation.

  • Comment removed

  • Join us or don't...no pressure *guns load*. Just stand right there *bang*. So when did terrorists start caring about the environment? This video made me want to burn down a forest just to piss off 10:10. I really hate under-handed scare tactics. It shows how small the groups minds really are.

  • No pressure...course if you don't join us we'll kill you. Wow this authoritarian tv at it's scariest. I can see why it's being compared to terrorism. Oh your not with us, that's okay...could you stand in front of this ditch then.

  • Seriously People..Its just a fucking video.

Nobody was hurt, and the message is kind of important.

You republicans out there are no better with your racist BS and constant holier than thou attitudes.

And hey John Salmeir, do you even know what a Nazi is? Wow

  • @milonreg A nazi was a socialist who believed in national vs. international socialism. Unlike the communists, who were international socialists, the lefties in Germany believed in socialism that benefitted the germans without the need to worry about the lefties in other countries.

  • @milonreg Yes, actually I do know what a National Socialist is. My family suffered under their reign. Our family also suffered greatly under the reigns of Stalin AND Czar Nicolas.

At what point did I ever equate 10:10 to Nazism? Please Milonreg get YOUR story correct. before you throw insults.

    WOW indeed.

I have commented on the artistic value of this video, the in appropriate nature of its content, the depiction of children being blown up for having a view different from their teacher.

  • @milonreg O please...

    Dont cry is fiction....

    Nothing more..

  • Misguided, ignorant, offensive, disgusting and just plain wrong.

  • 30 people missed the "like" button ;)

  • awesome

  • Okay I did find that kinda funny. But the way they went about it was kinda really stupid. Saying that you're gonna get blown up if you don't cut emissions is...well, really stupid. But it was kinda funny.

  • Supposed to have record cold this winter, as in 1000 year cycle of arctic cold.

  • While I think that taking care of our planet is important, I never jumped on the global warming band wagon. Now we're seeing that there is less and less merit to the global warming propaganda than ever. Enough said...

Aside from that, while it was obvious to me that they were trying to be funny, it just fell flat (for me). They can go ahead and join the hypocritical senator from Tenn. and fly around preaching about global warming in big private jets...lol that's funny to me!

  • Wow... that will win some folks to the cause, won't it? The global warming crowd has done more to harm themselves in the past year than their opposition could have even dreamed about.

  • This is why the west is failing in schools...Somehow I have a feeling my taxes are paying for this tripe.

  • GW supporters will go to any length to push forward their extreme agenda. This is just one facet.

  • Green is the new red, as in Communist red. You can read it in the US Congressional Record from back in (I think) 1965. Pushing 'green' is just one tool of the Communist party. It's all about power and control.

  • Regressives have a cognitive disconnect with reality...they aren't sorry for the content, only sorry they got caught.

Look at Alan Grayson from Fla, cognitive disconnect.

Regressives are a scientific study of how selective perception allows them to do these things and yet the Teaparty is violent!

  • Fucking Nazis . . .

  • WTF man some people go a little to far!!! WHACKOS!!!!! (but i really like the vid)

  • I am 21 years old, I've played some violent games and seen some violent movies.

I STILL Find this shocking and disgusting.

  • mmm, utilizing taliban tactics....how very progressive of them.

  • Sick! Even if you agree with their politics you should denounce this!

  • Like it.... very Pythonesque

Yeah i'm gonna buy some Co2 and let it out..

I think global warming's a good idea if you live in a cold ass country.. like Canada, bet those guys just love the idea of having more heat..I mean -40 WTF

too bad if your country is hot though.. can't bogart the sun forever...I'm looking at you Australia..

  • And this is why the "progressives" of the world are so terrifying. This makes me think "Zig Heil"! Nazi overtones much?

  • Good coverage, Glad it is posted. Good to know that governments are starting the push for control over every aspect of our live sooner than i thought. I agree with Glenn Beck, soon the shove is coming and these next two years are going to be tough.

  • explode Maurice Strong.

  • 3:30

-Sure take the chance & disagree with them,

It's not worth Dying for anyways!

    Lols.

  • I don't think this video is going to motivate anyone to act on climate change. It only gives the deniers a paintbrush to color the truth as crazy.

  • I completely agree that co2 is not making the planet hotter. A freaking volcano eruption puts out more gases than humans have since the industrial revolution in the 15 hundreds. Our earth is doing what it is supposed to be doing and global warming is an excuse by the government to take even more from us in the name of 'good'. Eco Nazi socialist wannabes. We are headed towards becoming a socialist country and people are blind to it. Especially our college age and younger population.

  • a scare tactic like this would never hurt

  • That is what they have planned for those who oppose cap and trade!

  • I don't know... I thought it was rather funny. That being said, it isn't appropriate for young children, and it is in poor taste.

  • SICK GROSS DISGUSTING

  • @CSUTAMTAM

Environmentalists Will kill you if you say no to their requests!

    lolz.

  • They came first for the Skeptics,

    and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Skeptic.

Then they came for the Americans,

and I didn't speak up because I wasn't an American

Then they came for the Jews,

    and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.

    Then they came for me

and by that time no one was left to speak up.

(modernized from Pastor Martin Niemölle (WWII))

  • @SabreUnit So true, people fail to see the repetition of History and are all to ready to curtail vital Human Rights like Freedom of Speech because they think that there is only one viewpoint. It alludes to the people who speak out being killed, but neglects to ask whether they are actually correct, too many have for too long unquestioned the legitimacy of the Global Warming theory. I am not saying that it is wrong, just that it should be open to interpretation and debate.

  • They found a way to hide a threat behind comedy. Why don't liberals give up all technology. That'd be more than 10% problem solved.

  • usally I love controversial things which stir people up and get all the pussies crying, but this isn't even that funny. It doesn't make that much sense either

  • If you ever had any doubt of what radical environazis wanted to do with "climate deniers," this "amusing" ad ought to set the record straight.
