I had Frogger on the TRS-80 Model I. Because that machine only had low-resolution graphics, the street and river would be displayed separately. That version had the music playing during gameplay, although it was rather choppy. Playing polyphonic music on a TRS-80 Model I while updating the screen was quite a stretch for that computer, but they did it the best they could.
I think the Tandy version would run on the Dragon - but the Dragon version definitely wouldn't run on the Tandy. I had it for a short while - as Microdeal sent me the Dragon version by mistake and I had to send it back for an exchange. Most Tandy games would run on the dragon without major issue.

There was an official release of Frogger for the Dragon32 and yes, it looks exactly the same as this CoCo version.
