@FlyingZamora I used 16 fps for this, which is a very weird framerate. But this was made before I was educated on such things... xD Generally you animate on "2s" or on "1s", which means 12 fps (on 2s) or 24 fps (on 1s). You usually only -need- 12 fps, but 24 is nice for a -very- smooth and detailed animation :3

this reminds me of a scene in my musical i did! It's about a fox named Sonny (Sunny) and he is really hungry. (guess what? I was him!) He finds these grapes growing on a fence. He pretty much does the same thing the fox did in the video, just not the rock. in the end, he doesnt get them, but sings a song called: sour grapes

PS the musical i did was Fox Tails. :D great story too.

Great animation, excellent art, and excellent anatomy! Wonderful job with the fox's expressions. Great use of ear, great attention to detail with the twitching tail, and great choice of voice actor (whose voice is awesome, by the way). Amusing story for a short, too.

In the end of the story she said: "Hm, I hate clusters anyway..." :D

This is impressive. I just have one question: Why is the fox's tail brown when the rest of him is orange? Was this just a creative decision, or did it help to animate it independently instead of meshing with the body?

@JaysPlace20 Thanks a lot! And his brown tail was just a creative decision, yes. I found a few pictures of red foxes whose tails looked darker than their main fur colour, so I thought I'd include that in my character's design as well :)

this is cool! i love it! i made an animation, my first one (its on my channel) but idk how to make the animal turn its head and keep the head the same; it came out messed up :( any ideas of how to do it?

@RosieTheDogRox Thank you! And I don't really know how to teach someone a head turn, it just... takes practise. Something to help keep it the same size though is to make a circle as a guideline for the size and animate that along with the head. ...if that makes sense at all xD It's the best advice I can give, unfortunately D:
