Yeah the programs are really hard to pick, but this could be made with any program except for a few affects, it is just harder and needs improvisation so yeah....I recommend Sony Vegas, but you have to pay. I have it but i'm currently on a free trial.

The program he's using doesnt allow downloaded youtube videos. Ive tried to do that with one of my amv's and it didnt work, yeah, he'll be able to watch it on his computer after he downloads it but he cant finish working on it. Unless he wants to pay hundreds of dollars for a new program and then publish on their so he can finish working on it on the original program. but its just a video, so why the trouble? just tell everyone you cant finish it instead of burning money.
