@iletya, the show purchases the wardrobe not her. Plus there's nothing wrong with "investing" in wardrobe items that will last several seasons and can be used for any type of occasion.  She frequently remarks that she's had shoes for several years and if you look at them she/her staff takes care of them. You don't have to be rich to dress nicely.
