whatcha do is, you'd cover your lips in a lip liner or something really lightweight on your lips. then with a skinfriendly glue - like eyelash glue - you'd buy cosmetic rhinestones, put a little bit of glue on each one, put it where you want on your lip then just wait for the glue to dry - then you have the same look :) <3.
