I bet all the Koreans who watched the movie have cried after watching, my father was crying too... he remembered vaguely about the war since he was only 4 yrs old, but he said the Allie plane was raiding at the refugee crowd since there was a rumor that spies from north were mixed among them, I can only imagine...such tragic history...my heart goes out to those who were killed/separated due to war...they call it 이산가족...

In the end, war is just fought by brothers, just that they are in different uniforms. There is no real line seperating friends from foe. I wish that more people would realize that it's not the actual people who wish the fight. It's the racism, the ideas and all those things that force people to fight. This movie among a select number of movies I consider to be masterpieces. All in all, excellent playing. Keep up the good work.
