cleaning pheasants...the "graham way"

if you step on the head and tear it off first, then it will pull right through.

yeh thats the way i learened how to clean them it works a ducks there just alot tougher to do

haha. too bad on that foul up. We do that for grouse, but we stand on their legs, and pull up on by the wing joints.

you're going to have to wash it off pretty much immediately if you want to keep the meat. you usually won't have that problem though.
