You play it on "(3)and"....So, if you play the first part "Gb - Db - Gb - Db". You are going to play the notes on these beats "1" - "(1)and" - "2" - "(3)and"...So, on the first beat, between the first ans second beat, on the second and between the third and fourth beat. The one going back is the last one! hope it helped!
