I want just the facts and not someone with an agenda and desperate to make themselves look less bad by sweeping it under the carpet. The silver lining from this pregnancy pact is that it brought attention to the girls who intentionally get knocked up not only for a baby to love but also the attention they would get from the pregnancy and let's not forget that they get the same benefits as single mom breeders.

Conservative views on contraception (beliefs that the "consequences of carrying the baby" will teach them a lesson). 3. Reports from the school nurse that girls were disappointed that the pregnancy tests came out +. 4. The mayor was denying the pact to make it seem like there was something to hide.

SOURCE: I use to live in Gloucester and visited again over the summer ( I am 16) and have friends who still do and my bio mom was prego with me when she was a freshman at Gloucester High also.They made Gloucester girls look like a bunch of sluts and whores and they're not there not even in the top 20 of highest pregnancy rate in Massachusetts (and massachusetts is small)

I want just the facts and not someone with an agenda and desperate to make themselves look less bad by sweeping it under the carpet. If you don't like the movie, don't watch it (and don't leave comments on this thread). The silver lining from this pregnancy pact is that it brought attention to the girls who intentionally get knocked up not only for a baby to love but also the attention they would get from the pregnancy and let's not forget that they get the same benefits as single mom breeders.

NatoskiV needs to get a life and STFU. How could there not be a pact 1. They have day-care centers for the babies of the students (it teaches them that someone else will clean up their mess.) 2. Conservative views on contraception (beliefs that the "consequences of carrying the baby" will teach them a lesson). 3. Reports from the school nurse that girls were disappointed that the pregnancy tests came out +. 4. The mayor was denying the pact to make it seem like there was something to hide.

Unless you are or were recently from Gloucester u have no right to say whether there was or was not a pact because magazines, newspapers, ect. can bend the truth and use one simple word like pact and blow everything out of porportion. I normally am like addicted to lifetime but now since this had so many messed up facts that arent true im not sure if I can trust when lifetime says based off a true story of how much is actually based off.
Ok done venting..good movie, good acting (besides terrible accents but takes long time to develop a northeastern accent) but needed more facts and needed to live out Gloucesters name and pictures they could have made up the name of a freakin' town just dont made Gloucester look so bad.

SOURCE: I use to live in Gloucester and visited again over the summer ( I am 16) and have friends who still do and my bio mom was prego with me when she was a freshman at Gloucester High also.They made Gloucester girls look like a bunch of sluts and whores and they're not there not even in the top 20 of highest pregnancy rate in Massachusetts (and massachusetts is small)

Have to write this in more than 1 post so I dont go over the limit.The girls NEVER even made a pact the principle lied and said that then resigned a week later and moved because he was ashamed of his lies and Lifetime left out a lot of facts about this movie. It ticks me off now Gloucesters moto is "go home stupid" and they get picked on by other towns around them and now everyone is gonna know Gloucester by the pregnacy pact although there was no pact.

u can preach abstinence to a teen til you're black and blue in the face. reality is the more u tell them not to do it the more they'll want to do it. only thing u can do is advise them to use protection every time they think they'll do it. cuz pregnancy is not the only outcome of unprotected sex. i'd rather get pregnant than catch somethin thats makin me itch.

people need to chill. just because something says "based on a true story" doesnt mean they're telling it word for word, action by action. Story writers usually take an alleged story (true or false) && gather up some of the alleged true parts, && then add a lot of their own storyline to it. Remember BASED on a true story.

one of my best freinds got pregnant because she was raped, i mean kidnapped and raped, she had to get an abortion because she understood that it would be hard for her to take care of a baby and have a life when she was 14 and she thinks its sick that these girl or any girl would do this on purpose. a baby is a huge responsibility and u can say want a baby but once you have one youll realize you have a HUGE responsibility.
