@submmo It's from an achievement for doing heroic pugs, so you only need lvl 70 to get it. I think it's like 50 pugged group members. So just do lot's of random heroics. Another thing, it's not from Cataclysm, it was put in with the random dungeon finder which was 3.3.3 I think? Well, wrath anyway.
