  • I was dancing and singing along till 1:10 :(

  • this just unmade my day :(

  • WTF thats was horrible DX

  • I think he was being facetious-making fun of how lightly we take atrocities.

People read in the paper about a woman who murders her children and it is almost as if they are th reading the entertainment section for all it means to them-and then of course he may have just wanted to write a creepy song.

  • God Bless Joe Pesci !

  • am i the only one who finds it odd that someone whos name has serial killer and 666 in it posted this song....

  • That was the creepiest song. EVER. D:

  • This is what happens when kids are on ritalin, lol. 8 people need to have cages built out of their bones.

  • Warren Zevon is the only man on the planet Earth who can pull off singing a song like this(: RIP Warren.

  • @HansDeepImage GG Allin could pull it off :D

  • my dad told me bout this ummm its ok...

  • Is this your theme tune? Your account name would suggest it is...

    ...

    It's a great song!

  • I love the contrast between the lyrics and the music. You just don't expect the excitable boy to end up committin such horrific crimes. Interestin defence though!

  • wat

  • Thanks but I prefer the regular speed

  • Haha until the part about taking susie to the prom i thought it was a song about a kid with down syndrome :D

  • the boy is insane LMAO

  • I only just heard this song on the radio this morning, and it pretty much freaked me out the rest of the day.

  • thats pretty sick chubs

  • Yeah, a little too fast. Still a good song, though.

Always reminded me of Michael Myers or Jason.

  • i love it..

  • sounds better the way it was written

  • Weird. Creepy. Good.

  • Those "ooooh Ah oohs oooh excitable boy" are coming from Linda Ronstadt's background vocals. Nice.

  • Does anyone know where this version came from? Did it come from an album, and if so, which one? I have the original and a live version, but I really, really want this one. Thanks!

  • I made it just by speeding it up and bass boosting it on Audacity.

I can send it to you if you want, but you'll have to tell me how as i don't know how to do it.

    : ]

  • Thanks I would really appreciate it, but I'm not sure how to do it either. Maybe someone will post a how-to, but in the meantime I'll see if my more computer-savvy cousin knows how.

Do you know if you happen to have it saved as an MP3 or other format on your computer? If so, I would think you could just send the file as an attachment in an e-mail.

Awesome job by the way :)

  • "built a cage with her bones"-now thats a memorable lyric right there.

  • Warrren Zevon is all ten kinds of awesome.

My dad teases me that, being an usherette, I'll someday get bitten by an excitable boy (in the dark). Considering how some of our customers act, I wouldn't be surprised...

  • This song rules do you know the excitable boy was a real person and he really did the stuff in the song

  • awesome

  • Thanks for uploading this.

  • no, that's you

  • Warren will ALWAYS rule all!

  • that is a wicked sax solo!!!!!

  • Way to go! Never heard this Saturday Night Live type version! Too kool for skool! And so those are the actual lyrics, after all this time...

  • crazy lyrics warren zevon rules!

  • How'd you manage to get a fast version at the right pitch?
