in my jig collection, i always add a butterfly jig. it usally works when fish get finicky and i dont want to use bait They always catch fish, especally when the fish are feeding on herring. unfotunatly,they are expensive and if you are like me and fish in jersy wrecks, they get snagged very easly, so i only buy 1 or 2 for a trip. anyway, good luck and i hope this helped
