  • @Lorenzoejr hey lorenzo... please can you help me.... soooo, i'm having a talent show, and i'm dancing some african music. the problem is that i can't find african songs.. haha so could you please send me the name of that song. i love the moves they made and i would enjoy dancing that same music with the same choreo. so please help me :) hugs

  • anybody tell me what's the song title? :D

  • Are these Androids?

  • Everyone is a critic....ugh! I think you guys did a wonderful job. i am taking african dance and it is wonderful. I love the freedom and the movement.

  • This is Lesson #1? I hate to see what Lesson 12 looks like. :oP

  • Hi my name is Daylander, first of all wanted to congratulate you and say that you are the man! I'm also a dancer I am Brazilian and I live in italy. just wanted to ask you if possible a link where I can find these songs (percussion) that you also want to include dance as a little african dance in our show ... now thank you and success!

  • love it love it more of this please!!!

  • Nice. I am no expert and just learning. I just wonder what Mamady Keita would say? :-)

  • I grew up in Africa and we sure don't dance like this. This is crap, both the drum n the steps..we dance with our waists..African music is now on Youtube, watch it folks n see the real deal. I came here outta curiousity to see how a white man n lady can do our dance. We r waist-shakers. Look for Psquare, n some other beautiful artistes n get a taste of african steps.

  • I am tired of people saying that there is no such thing as African dance. Well newsflash people...most African Americans do not know what tribe they are from...we are a mixture of different tribes, and some of us have native american and european blood as well. Just consider americanized african dance to be a type of fusion dance, just like there is afro-caribbean fusion (capoeira). Damn, is that so hard to understand? sheesh.

  • There is no such thing as "African Dance." There are too many differernt ethinic groups for there to be an "African Dance." These so called African Dancers should show respect to the ethenic group they got this dance from by naming it properly, not just calling it "African Dance"

  • Instead of doing Zumba (for working out purposes), I'm totally doing African dances!

  • I loved this too, made me have a dance round my living room, which is not good when I had a hysterectomy 3 weeks ago today. LOL xx

  • what are you doing i am an african dancer aqnd your clearly doing that step wrong!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This guy is fantastic!! I'm in love!

  • WHY dont People ever dance to African Pop or Modern Music in the West? Only the traditional or Folk stuff ?

  • @00tuoyo Because it is so beautiful and diverse. Who wouldn't want to learn the traditional stuff? It's also very vaired. Have you seen Township Jive dancing, or Gumboot or Snake dance from South Africa? The very sexy dancin from the Congo? I could go on. I am a South African who has lived overseas most of my life, what I would give to learn as much African dancing as I could! Love our contient!!!

  • @00tuoyo I wonder the same thing. I'm nigerian...and we don't dance like that.

  • hey can u make a dance for waka waka shakira for a african dance

  • I wish the girl could be at the same level the boy is, she seems a bit stiff, I can only stare at the boy, 'cause her dance doesn't show any feelings. :(

    The boy was truly amazing.

  • Perfect! I was looking for a few simple steps to put together, this is exactly what I needed. (I"m not saying that these are physically easy, but they are very straightforward in terms of what you are doing with your body....I think I could probably do about a minute of this full-on and then I'd need a break!)
