ok. so i watched this video this winter. coincidently my show choir was also doing this song this year. so of course when i saw this i was inspired and definatialey mimicked the same facials and emotions that this song portrayed. And now, I watched this on my laptop with my roomates skull candies, and totally cried because of the shear beauty and talent displayed in this performace. I can only imagine what it felt like to be onstage with such a moved audience. they were SCREAMING!! Amazing video

I saw this the year i started show choir in 7th grade. so it was one of the first high school show choirs I saw and I sat in awe as I watched this and three years later I am still stunned.

I go to Xavier, and I'm only a freshman, but I've kept up with the showchoir of the years. This is by far my favorite. Allyson is amazing. Her voice is incredible. I'm so proud to say I go to Xavier.

You had to be there... that standing ovation was one of the most amazing moments of my show choir life. I was sitting in the third row, and a girl behind me was in complete hysterics. Performers were crying, too--you can see it on some of their faces. It wasn't about the competition or the soloists anymore, it was about the song and how it felt to be sitting there and witnessing it.
