Behind the boxes is an area you can only go to if you have the card reader and pokemon emerald ereader cards. You scan trainer ereader cards in the ereader and you co there and the old lady says some's here to see you or something like that. And you get to battle extra characters thaty way.

There was originally going to b a trainer behind there, and a strong pokemon, but for some reason, part of the coding was removed, so it messed up the trainer and pokemon- and the trainer became archie and the pokemon missingno. or they just used it as an easter egg, or maybe just to store extra data.

Since FRLG are mostly based off of Emerald's system, 00 corresponded to the Class Aqua Leader. The name values, also being zeroes, correspond to blanks. Also, no Pokemon data = send out a _____ at Lv0, since the game forces a Pokemon to be sent out, even though he has none.
