I bought your book and I absolutely loved what came out of it. What a perfect and addicting treat. What a genious you are. I was also reading at your blog and thought that you may have just made this a viral treat sensation. Everyone, including my neighbors adored them especially me. I had to eat at least 5 over the last two days. They are quickly dissapearing and I can see how they might be a complete addiction for me now over my lifetime.  Thank you for writing the book!

As far as all the fat comments, I don't see what the problem is with these, I doubt sincerely someone would be eating them on a daily basis, or even if they ate one a day it's no biggie. They'd be awesome as party treats, and they're smaller than your average piece of cake or those gross cupcakes from the store with an inch or two of super-sweet frosting. Plus they look better!

yes a cupcake is like a muffin. A cupcake is sweeter and has frosting...but they are quite similar.

Cupcake is a "treat", cake mix baked into little molds, decorated with icing and candy

muffin is more "healthy", you have blueberry muffins, carrot, chocolate, no decorations. :)

A muffin is more like a bread, it is denser and doesn't have icing or decorations. It is regarded as more of a snack or even breakfast, not as a dessert. They are usually heavier, contain fruits nuts or chocolates and are crispier around the edges... muffins can be made with things like bran, and don't even have to be sweet.
