Hello everyone! I have an advice to who play this game with dolphin emu and 16:9 monitor.

Go to "Graphic Configuration" and set this :

General->Aspect Ratio Force 16:9

Advanced->[v] Widescreen Hack

this make the view of camera is extended and keep every in normal ratio.
