Assuming you have your RN licensure already, you can become certified by successfully completing the SANE-A (adult population) or SANE-P (pediatric population)examination. Examinations are offered in multiple locations twice a year, and is also offered at the IAFN's annual Scientific Assembly.
You have to renew the certification every 3 years and I would further advise getting as many CEU's offered in your state to keep up with the latest changes in this field. You can call 1-410-626-7805 to get the handbook and examination information. Good Luck !
I am extremely interested in making this my career. Could you tell me the best way to go about earning my credentials for it? I am planning to start Criminal Justice courses Summer of 09...
Any of you know if this master is available in Italy too?
