  • Thats a Secret service Suburban, look at Obama motorcade in NYC thats why this was there, and the plate as well. only agency it could belong to aside from some sort of military agency

  • really fast traffic clearing....

  • i dont get whats the point of undercover police cars... its SO obvious ... it serves no point other than the fact that it looks mad cool...

  • @kayu38 not undercover just unmarked usually for detectives or higher ranking officers, usually because they do not do patrol work unlike regual officers or deputies

  • @kayu38 Undercovers you can barely tell, and those are like for Drug bust and steak outs. But UNMARKED, Like the one you saw here, are quiet obvious to point out.

  • @kayu38 Well actually some are the OBVIOUS ones like this, but when I was in LA, I got stopped one time cuz I was smoking a stog underage and they went up to me with a 2008 Caddillac Escalade. It didnt have no push guard, no "police" rims , just the stock wheels and anything that looked like a cop till he flashed his in deck lights. Point is, they do have different vehicles for different purposes. Unmarked vehicles are literally just those "slicktop" cars exept not in police decal

  • going after niko bellic

  • Was that equipped with the Rumbler? Heard it at the end of video if im mistaken.

  • @GHO5T62 indeed that was a rumbler.

  • Its part of the fringe division

  • its actually the fbi rancher in san andreas thumbs up -_______-

  • Very nice install. What lights are u using.

  • @mendylitz its not his car, so i don't think he knows

  • @mendylitz -_-

  • @domwillnevereverdie ''feel it''??? 0_o

  • Comment removed

  • @NumberoneThePimp yea its federal.

  • airflyer that sound is the new rumbler.. it uses low frequency base to raddle ur shit to let u know to move da fuck out da way motherfucker haha

  • police car?

  • I can kinda feel the Rumbler through my computer, so it should be useful

  • what is that weird sound starting at 0:05?

  • @Airflyer05Videos That's the rumbler siren. You can hear and feel it.

  • Movee bitch, get out the way!

  • dont know how many cocks so get depressed

  • they dont have only none list cars they have none list planes also these fucking cock suckers like dicks or what tell so i wont be depressed

  • It's a Hatzolah member. This is not a federal vehicle or police vehicle. It has green lights in the front with the lack of red or blue.

  • yeeeees he has a rumbler :-))) thats fix FBI

  • I think it's FBI.

  • I heard a rumbler

  • NYPD Gang Unit.

  • @BlackForrestAirsoft WTF is that?

  • @gunsandtacos Deals with all the gangs in NYC, they deal more with drugs and guns that are illegal mostly drive black SUV's, Or it was coming from the FBI/CIA field office in NY.

  • Wow tahts actually a great place for a lightbar

  • @pim033 the rumbler is used to get civilians attention it sends a shock wave with a powerful woofer and amplifier to shake the ground beneath them to get them to move out of the way. So if someone had loud music and didn't hear the sirens that's when the rumbler comes in play to grab their attention.

  • gotta love that rumbler!

  • What is a "rumbler"?

  • they used the rumbler!!!!!!!

  • Rumbler on a Suburban? **Drools**

  • @emersondavis im sorry but what are rumblers?

  • @amzad89 lower frequency siren system that you can literally feel. Gets attention better than normal sirens.

  • Marshals don't use suburbans.. that's the FBI or a high ranking undercover..

CIA suburbans don't have sirens nor do they have tints.. they can't have anything that can disrupt their service (take for example, the CIA agent who was killed by accident because he ran from cops since he had private documents on him that couldnt be revealed)

  • @BeyondDestiny hey send me more info about the CIA agent. i'm a poli-sci student.

  • @silenceisaweapon101 here's the video: youtube.com/watch?v=upY_MxSN6VQ

if you look at the related videos, you can listen to cases where FBI agents were killed during drug busts and stuff. good luck.

  • Lovin' that rumbler!

  • Its A UnderCover Cop Car For The US Marshals

  • US marshals I think

  • Cagney and Lacey LOL

  • def not nypd its either federal or hatzolah NYPD doesnt overload vehicles like that

  • voll_geïl_gèbt_mAl_béÍ_gøÒglë:_geldeasy_ÊïN_vÓll_krÁss

  • sry, whats that?

  • Pretty sweet but I'd have put the rear deck light at the middle or the bottom of the rear windshield. It's too close to the lightbar on top. Looks misproportioned imho.

  • GTFO da way!

  • This is a Hatzolah Volunteer.

  • rumbler, what is it? its for deaf poeple right?

  • @MaxTheRogg its like a subwoofer for the siren it creates a vibration (low frequency sound) to alert others of the vehicle approaching... its used for everyone, it's to get people's attention faster

  • I have a question and I'll warn you it''s kinda dumb but I've orderd a dashlight for my State Patrol car but what are the best patterns for it since it's pointing towards the front some people say put it on fast patterns others say random patterns and some say slow patterns any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  • @pearldrumsarecool I would say fast patters as it would get my attention but whatever :)

  • i know, lets make an un-marked car with a big, great whopping lightbar sticking out the top of it. They must catch a lot of un-suspecting crims.

  • This is an NYPD car

  • its unmarked yes but not discreet even with the lights off you can recognise thats its a police vehicle! lol

  • It's gotta be local or state, those aren't federal plates. Plus it only had red and whites in the front, no blues, so not feds.

  • @FBIFriday1 I dont know about where your from but in Washington, The feds dont always have Gvt. plates, often not even exempt, just normal plates, but still easily identifiable as the Feds, but in this case, it also has the NYPD siren so its NYPD. lol

  • Lunchtime!

  • IT UMBRELLA! O_o

  • Great catch!! One of the best!! :D

  • black suv.....i say the feds....

  • its federal

  • this is not nypd fools.. its federal...

  • its not unmarked it says kick ass all over it

  • @MrPelhambay i think you mean it said bitch ass.. or maybe power trip...

  • @stealthmeth - nah i meant kick ass

  • @MrPelhambay haha :D

  • Nypd is red and white dumbass

  • Its hotchner and and morgan from Criminal minds responding to a crime....lol

  • Then whats with no markings

  • its not just an S.U.V its a reliable SUBURBAN!!

  • FUCKIN RUMBLER YEAH!!

  • what would the FBI respond to?

  • nice

  • I LOVE NYC

  • I dont know anything about NYPD but in this video is clear to see that those are the Feds.

  • @dva511 its a unmarked nypd

  • sorry to burst everyones bubble but that is nypd ... at fight i though DS ( diplomatic Security) but all front lights were White and red .. and the siren package deff nypd

  • Hearing the rumbler satisfies my soul... for some reason.

  • love the rumbler

  • Do I hear a rumbler?

  • @stiglistanbul Yes, yes you do. You should feel it rather than hear it!

  • Man, they are haulin, especially in NYC, wherever they are headed, it must be pretty serious.

  • its the feds

  • Comment removed

  • This is almost identical to the OPPs (Ontario Provincial Police) tahoes they use...Theres almost as many of them as there are marked cars. The only difference is they have a normal pushbar and dont have that rear lightbar overtop the interior one.

The OPP use more ghost crown vics, chargers, and tahoes more so than they do anything else. Highway law enforcement is huge in Ontario. Dont speed if you come here lol.

  • Nice rumbler, sounds good in an urban area

  • us marshals taks force

  • Again its US Marshals..NYPD doesn't have authority to use federal signs.....

  • its the FBI ICE team ICE ( Immigration & Customs Enforcement)

  • god i love that rumbler

  • @rosenthalronald smartsiren with rumbler

  • weird lights but still cool

  • OMG I just saw this car, its in Washington DC there secret service

  • Amazing video!

  • is that NYPD OR FBI. NYC is so epic.

  • @vsboy25 BUT YOU ARE EPIC FAIL AT LIFE WASTE OF SPACE

  • I will become a LEO just to drive that, its looks so sexy when it lights up, don't let me gets started on the rumbler ir else I would cum in my pants

  • Why couldn't agencies in NY use blue lights?

  • @bloo96 stupid law.. now they can use it to the rear only.. im guessing before long theyll be able to run blue everywhere

  • the state of new york now allows blue in the back only tho.

  • love the rumbler

  • i see this in mexico too, sometimes those black suburbans scare me lol, becaause sometimes its the bad guys that also use unmarked vehicles like these

  • it cant be police cus police dont have unmarked cars with lights on the roof

  • @Jsouthwell2006 ya they do .. some agencies put it on the back so that they are more noticeable during traffic stops

  • mmmmmmmm the rumbler

  • Must be feds because NYPD don't use blue lights.

  • @ineedhelp19 police departments also dont use unmarked cars with a lightbar on the roof, if it is an unmarked police car then the lights are always in the windows and on the bumpers/grill never on the roof

  • @Jsouthwell2006 unmarked means it doesnt have any graphics or decals that say police on it... ive seen unmarked cars with lightbars before

  • @Jsouthwell2006 thats not entirely true, many police departments (as well volunteer EMT's and firefighters) that use unmarked SUV's are installing 8 lighthead whelen dominators under the roof rack rails like lightbars but are barely noticeable until turned on, very stealthy, so this could be a law enforcement vehicle

  • @cmd062 i am from canada so i have never seen anything like that before so i have no clue if it is police, or FBI or what

  • @ineedhelp19 actually they do now

  • that clear traffic for u

  • holy fuck wish we have this things in mexico i would love to hear the rumbler

  • Talk about a low profile light bar.

  • ahhhhhhhhh the rumbler....

  • criminal minds......

    lmfao

  • lol the people are like, wtf?

  • Sounds like the Rumbler became a big success :D

  • this is probably a member of hatzolah volunteer ems, the biggest (vol0 ambulance company in new york

  • That's like gov. Police dang nice LEDs and dose that have a rumbler

  • Please, all you out there that are going a bit crazy, looking for things to blow out of proportion. I respect Alex and have for along time. His agenda is right on, most of the time. The world is changing, but cover "true" anti american actions, not chasing black suv's. How about the Infiltration of Illegals (from all nationalities) that are government is allowing to break our laws for Greedy purposes. Without the constitution and safety of USA in mind. God Bless.

  • thats the best setup on a surburban i ever seen in my life

  • one possibility is that its a doctor, some doctors have a unmarked response car so they can be on time at an emergency

  • @allardman lol, sorry for the laugh....for some reason i find it funny.

  • This is the NYPD CTU (Counter Terrorism Unit) I seen this truck and its officers Saturday in Time Square. It IS NYPD, they now use blue in the back.

  • Nice video!!! It is NYPD because it uses all red/white lights in the front. They did start using red/blue in the backs now.

  • NYPD have been using blue lights to the rear of vehicles for over 18 months due to a change in State legislation. Blue LEDs can be seen on all newer units and Highway Patrol high rise lights to the rear. This could easily be NYPD as it only has blue to the rear.

  • @ALPHAFIVETWOFIVE 0:12 red in the rear.... I'm thinking FBI. Their the only ones who do light bars on black SUVs

  • @ALPHAFIVETWOFIVE only blue? there's clearly red!

  • @zjk911 he said blue to the rear as well as...as in addition to the red.

  • @ALPHAFIVETWOFIVE It has green front LED's. It's a Hetzolah volunteer.

  • @Penndemic it is NOT a Hetzolah volunteer vehicle.

  • CTU LMAO!!!

  • That is Commissioner Kelly's Tahoe

  • Thats FBI

  • @tj16r Exactly, thats what I'm talking about.

  • He was probably late to his coffee

  • FBI or US Marshal's! They both have offices in Manhattan

  • WOW Mind you, in this video the suburban uses the new siren "the rumbler" you can here it at 0:6

  • well the last nypd suvs i saw did not have red/blue in the front of the vehicle...nor did they have goverment plates like this one does not an nypd suv its a goverment truck im 90% sure

  • im not saying that it cant be nypd but its most likely a goverment vehicle

  • true but for instance im a volunteer fireman and i use blue lights. red and clear are for emergency vehicles and amber is for anyone here in ny

  • that is 100% a fed vehicle my friend

with the red/blue lights dead giveaway

  • but ive seen unmarked police cars use red and blue lights

dont forget blue is police, red is emergency and white is for any one, but for some reason some police departments only use red and white

  • nope its surely nypd they can have blue to the rear now and they do... ive seen it on marked patrol cars

  • feds baby 100%

  • @Thatuptownguy no.. nypd can have blue in the back now. so no its just nypd.. hence why they use the smart siren..too with rumbler.

  • My bet is that its a Fed's personal/takehome vehicle. I worked for one of these agencies and higher ranking officials could pretty much trick the heck out of them...hence the grille guard over the headlights, running board lights, and no government plates. It is pretty rare to see a standard Bureau of Diplomatic Security, USSS, USMS, FBI, ATF etc with that much extra stuff them but you never know

  • One of the Mayor's vehicles. Google "Bloomberg SUV" and go to Images. There's an article with pictures that shows 'em!

  • I hope that wasnt a Jew with lights, People tend to find them everywhere....

  • For some reason I can't link, but google "Bloomberg SUV" and go to images. You will see the exact same SUV setup. This Suburban is how the Bloomy and gang ride around the city...

  • Where? In the grille? I think those are white.

  • Those are red/white dominators.

  • yes they do

  • this is NOT nypd, they dont use blue. this is a goverment vehical

  • @thecatyoukai

The vehicle only has rear facing blue lights. In New York State, that is allowed on police vehicles.

  • no, it has 2 front facing ones on the bottom

  • @thecatyoukai

Actually you are wrong. They do use blue but only to the rear. This vehicle is displaying only red and white to the front

  • I'm pretty sure only NY State Police use Blue on rear. That car must be a Federal Agency

  • @thecatyoukai They do use blues, this is most likely an NYPD ESU team, supervisor, or detective. The government use blues both in front and back and sometimes on the sides of their vehicles. This is NYPD because they use red/white LEDs in the front and can use if they want, blue/red LEDs in the back. The Chevy Suburban in this video has red/whites in the front and no blues. Not a government vehicle. NYPD.

  • @SOCOMreviews theres blues in the front grille. look closer.
