i love this but i think you cant realy tell what it is fully about untill you play it. like im a flute player and want a secondary instrument (thinking about cello) but i cant tell what the song is abut unless ive played it
Hi. I typed in cello in the search engine and came across your list. You are a sensation cellist. You make me wish I would have taken up cello when I had the chance. How long have you been playing? Is it too late for me to start?
too short=choppy. Perhaps you can acheive a more legato this by making your wrist more fluid and your bow changes looser. If you kept your pinky a little lower on the bow you could control it even more. Your musical understanding is impressive, when you play the Bach I imagine a humble peasant farmer going to work in the fields on a cool spring morner. A slight breeze is illustrated in the broken chords at the ends on the big phrases. I was moved by this. :-)
I hate it when someone gives a little constructive criticism, and people "thumbs down" it. What you said is true, I pictured the farmer as well. Thumbs-up!

very clean & fairly good form
but here are a few suggestions:
let the chords ring, don't cut them short
try to sustain your sound for longer phrases; at the same time, remember not to make the whole movement a run-on phrase
play & practice with bow closer to the bridge

I'm amazed that you can memorize so much music. Great stuff, as always.
