I love this soundtrack. It is STILL my most favorite of all time. It made the movie for me. I've bought at least 3 different copies of the Album, just because i hear it SO many times. Now that it's preserved on my iTunes library, it'll survive forever. This particular score has the capability to move me to tears, dependent on the mood i find myself in while listening to it... or simply brings me back to the moments in the film where this played,in which i know & recite the dialogue word by word.

when i listen to this i always envision my daughters future weddings, being there, and seeing them happy and in love. it causes my heart to swell. but it also causes me to reminice about the great loves in my own life that were found and lost. bittersweet, yet undeniably drawing and beautiful. thank you for posting.

This soundtrack is so annointed. When you close your eyes and listen to each note, it is almost as if the music gives you wings and then allows your spirit man to soar with eagles and angels. You feel intoxicated with the deep love you feel within your soul; perhaps for the first time. Thank you Lord for inspiring Thomas Newman's music. And thank you Thomas for sharing the great gift you were given.
