I checked it out, and Joe is full of shit. Obama himself put it best: "I was against driving the bus into the ditch. Once the bus is in the ditch, there are only so many ways of getting it out". It makes PERFECT sense that once the war started Obama (and Hillary) would vote to properly fund the troops. The fundamental difference is that Obama was against STARTING the war, whereas Hillary was FOR the invasion. Once the wrong decision was made, the options became limited.
