Come on, you Crown of creation, after 15 years of Theology studies and 30 years of following this burning issue, I want to see some more actions on this very topic, all self-proclaimed prophets, I want more receptiveness and broad-mindedness more from both sides, more blood, sweat and tears. There is no such thing as an "ex-homosexual". Straight people are born straight and gay people are born gay, period. However there are confused people who are what we call bisexual. Hartline is either lying about his so-called "conversion", or he was straight all along and the time he was gay was simply a confused time for him.

I have never done drugs or have a promiscous life, and know a lot of gay and leabian people like myself that life a healthy normal life, but I have something that you did not have ( A LOVING WONDERFUL PARENTS) that give me love and security. Read your Old Testament and you'll find that such a being is far from being worthy of worship. There should be no hell anyway if your god truly loves us. The tragic fact of James' life has nothing at all to do with his homosexual orientation. He was an alcoholic, drug abuser, an abused child, and former prisoner. In short he has lived a VERY screwed up life. Heterosexual people have those same things happen. Because of many decades of experience with the so called ex gay community, I don't believe for a minute that he is anything but a gay man who is choosing to live without expressing who he is as a gay man. He is not a former homosexual.
