I wish people would stop saying John is inspiried by Jimi or is the new Jimi. For fuck's sake it's 50 years later, and yes he probably is inspired by him a little bit in his rhythm playing, that's it. His soloing style is actually very different to Jimi's. Also, why are people having this debate on this song - an acoustic inspired ballad. Draw references to Jimi PERHAPS on BSSM (although its more funk than blues). Just annoys me.
