He is saying that collapses start when central banking takes a hold of any nation's currency and begins the wealth transfer via a series of money supply inflations and deflations. In our case, these began mostly with the federal reserve in 1913. Depressions did occur in the 1800's as well, due to the central banks at the time (First and Second Banks of the United States). The roman collapse and others are the same.

@EMPIRE0FLIES I agree with you. The collapse of other societies throughout history were also the result of central banking in whichever form present at the time (Usury is the general term). It is always about enslaving via debt, followed by wealth transfer via inflation/deflation. The romans did this by diluting the copper,silver and gold contents of their coins from 100% to 3% in the end (sound familiar? - the US dollar lost 97% of its value since 1913).
