It would be fail to buy a software for 199$ (not to mention the deluxe version). If it would cost like 25$ or so it would be worth it. Using Synthesia or playing songs by normal sheet music is better.

This is like playing keyboard mania.

It is nice and you will probably be able to sight read much better with a system like that but no one else uses this system so it is inconvenient since 99.999999999999999% of music is written in the standard grand staff notation.

It's like how learning physics in the metric system is nice but Americans don't use it so it's better to just get used to the English system early.

In other words I wouldn't waste time using this system since it's not standard.

You might want to go to a primary school and try to persuade children and teachers that no one use ABC books in real life, and 99.99% books has hundreds lines of text per page and no pictures at all.

thats the stupidest thing ive ever heard piano helps make your fingers more flexible and agile which defenitly relievs alot of stress when learning another instrument and you gain a vast knowledge of music thoery but every instrument is different and applys music theory to the instrument differently also teqniqe is obviously almost always way different

I've never seen the staff written vertically before. I've got to try that. Congratulations on learning to read so quickly. I haven't heard that piece of music in ages, it was great to hear you play it. I like the scene changes in the video too.

what does the software do to help fixing the timing?

In first 4 modifications of the music text the music notes presented as flower buds and they are 'blooming' with consideration to their duration. The number on the right part of the screen is building up with every delay or inacuracy (ideal # has to be 0)

In modification 5 and 6 music score presented as it is. But when student get to this level his/her coordination is developed and he/she has 'room' for understanding theory.

Also we have some complimentary game called 'Note Duration', which is training to improve timing.

He really read music notes which placed sideways on ELEMENTARY presentation for his eyes to easy locate the connection between notes and keys. Later on he can chose other presentations that gradually bring him to original print of music notes. Read more on doremifasoft or softmozart dot com
