@Unity3000 beats me. I've read the bible twice back when this movie was first around. Never found any scripture saying you can't. Only union that was condemned was inter tribe and tribe is not a race. Same with gay marraige being condemned but not interracial love.
@iwouldbonekerihilson People make rules to suit what they want. I know a faith called Worldwide Church of God (They have split now) that had the same rule!!! If you married someone from another race (specifically African descent and Caucasian members), you would be Disfellowshipped. They had no Biblical backing for it but the church accepted it because it was an excuse to Maintain Segregation even within the church.

But unfortunately for black people, EVERY race has developed a general hatred / fear / predudice against them just because of the colour of their skin. At least a Jewish or Irish person would not just be hated walking down the street or could run away and not be known for their background...it's all a mess and very sad.
