There are many optional additions in the prayer. These videos explain the common and most simple.

In place of sub-ha-na rab-bi-yal 'a-theem you could say

sub-ha-na-kal-la-hum-ma wa-bi-Ham-di-kal-la-hum-magh-f­ir-li (We praise and show gratitude to you Allah, forgive us) There is also a similar optional line asking forgiveness between the two prostrations.
