Just back from 12 lovely days on Lake Como....we stayed 3500 ft above the lake....in Varenna. The view was AMAZING! I have been all over the world and this is now the TOP of my list!!!!

Have you seen Bergamo ?
I live in Bergamo particularly knows for its two urban centres: "Citta Alta", an ancient village situated on a hill sorrounded by Venetian walls and "Citta Bass", the lower town set at a foot of the hill, which is the modern part of the city.
Brought back fond memories of 2 trips to Varenna. One of the most beautiful places my wife & I have been to our trips. Hope to get back soon. Also loved Bellagio.
